Very pleased with the quality of care given to my husband. He kept his dignity, which was important to him. He was treated with respect and kindness. I was also treated with respect and consideration. I've had dealings in the past with carers for other relatives and found these young men to be the best.

Lovely agency. We were all (my mum and our family) treated with the utmost respect by everyone from the agency. The care staff were knowledgeable, capable, and treated our mum with love and care, and really knew their jobs. They were lovely people, friendly, and treated our mum like a queen. We were lucky enough to have some continuity with which carers came too, which made things easier. If your loved one needs support and/or personal care (our mum was end of life, although initially, we were expecting her to recover) then I would definitely recommend them.

I was reassured by the level of service provided by Treal. My mother, who was elderly and bed-bound, was always treated with dignity and respect by the carers who came in four times a day. They always tried to engage with her in a comforting way so that she remained calm and peaceful. They were punctual, always wore appropriate protective equipment and left Mum comfortable and stable. The carers gave her fluids and food when she was able to take them.

Every member of the Treal team who looked after my mother was efficient, professional, compassionate and kind. Mum adored each and every one of them and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Truly wonderful people and excellent service. Thank you.

All the gentlemen carers showed empathy and understanding to the whole family. During the 6 days; they provided palliative care to my uncle, they were always kind and considerate and completely professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were an absolute godsend. Thank you so much.

To say that we have been impressed by the professionalism and level of service is an understatement! As our Mum's health deteriorated, she required additional care, often at very short notice, which the agency was always able to provide. Not only did we receive a consistently high level of support from very competent carers, but the agency's administrators were only a phone call away should we require additional support. We feel very lucky that Mum received such exemplary care from a very capable team, who she considered friends, and who were 100% reliable.

Staff very professional, patient and courteous. Wore corporate clothing. Very aware of cross-contamination and wore correct protective clothing, They were very sympathetic to my needs and treated my husband with due care and respect.

I can't fault the care given to my mother. They always treated her with dignity and respect. Although she had dementia they always spoke to her and not at her, even though she was unlikely to have understood.

The carers working at Treal Care are wonderful, genuine and compassionate individuals who provide care at the highest level. I cannot stress that enough. My dad was confined to his bed when the carers from this company were introduced to us. The main carer for my dad was a warm, gentle, family man with humility and the utmost integrity who we got to know on a personal level as a family friend. I cannot thank these people enough! Their care and support they gave my Mum and family was outstanding. They did everything they could to make my Mum comfortable in the last months of her life. Nothing was too much for them to do!

We had the carers from 17th May until 9th August when my father passed away. All the carers were professional, caring and friendly. If I wanted them to alter their times if I was going to take my Dad out, then it was no bother. Any issues we had were sorted out immediately by the Manager.

Mum's main carer was excellent. Carers which came when main not available very good. Only one carer did the absulute minimum which let the team down.

The care our Mum received went beyond our expectations, the carers were always caring, considerate, enthusiastic, committed and honest. They totally understood Mum's needs, never making her feel awkward or embarrassed in any situation. As a family we felt completely safe and secure in their hands.
