Such happy, cheerful and caring people. I cannot recommend them enough for the wonderful care given to our Dad in his last months. Dad always had a smile and a laugh with them. Excellent service all round. Please thank the carers for being so kind and caring. Truly wonderful men.

Generally, the standard of care provided was very high. My review is somewhat affected by my experience with one carer who I do not believe is representative of an otherwise high standard of care.
Treal provided an excellent service, made my Mum and the family feel very safe, secure and in good hands. They were friendly and very professional. Two in particular really became part of the family and Mum always had a smile when they came. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Treal for making my Mum's last weeks as happy as they could be.

The management and staff were excellent. Cannot be faulted. My wife has stage 4 cancer and was very comfortable with all the staff that attended. The staff listened to her requests and dealt with her every need. Great service and would recommend to everyone.

My dad has had care since February after becoming incontinent so since then he has had Treal Care UK Ltd. I feel they have been the best, in regard to dignity and care and support. I cannot complain.
