Staying at Home Care have been caring for my daughter who has learning difficulties for a few years. I am now getting older and cannot do as much for her as I used to. They take her stopping once a week and on other days they organise her at her home regarding cleaning and everyday care of a home. A carer will also take her to medical appointments and the dentist which are most helpful to me now. They keep me updated regarding her care at all times.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are glad that the service is providing support that is beneficial to your daughter and peace of mind for you.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Staying at Home Care. The staff members who visit Mum are efficient, friendly and caring and we feel she has definitely benefited from the help and interaction over the last four months, Communication with us has been great too, Highly recommended!
Thank you for your feedback, it is always helpful to know how we are doing. I am pleased the visits are beneficial
Since November 2025, the carers of my husband have been kind and considerate to him and he enjoys their company. The three hours provided for my respite are invaluable. The carers take him for a short walk, weather permitting,, talk about all sorts of things, and play simple board games. I am happy to know he is in safe hands, while I am out.
Many thanks for your review. We are pleased to be able to provide a service that suits both your needs.
Staying At Home Care has been providing an excellent service to my wife for six months. Its carers are courteous, efficient, friendly, and arrive on time. I cannot imagine receiving a better service elsewhere.
We appreciate your feedback. We are pleased that you are happy with the service we provide.
provided to a new team member and they are always introduced to my aunt beforehand. The management keep me up to date with any changes in my aunt and discusses with me any ideas or changes they need to make, they have also built a very good relationship with the community nurses and my aunt's medical practitioners. I am so grateful that I have found this team to look after my aunt, nothing is too much trouble for them and have sorted out issues especially as family are quite some distance away. They used to physically do my aunt's shopping, but they suggested having it delivered so that time could be spent with my aunt rather than shopping, which gives my aunt more stimulation.
Thank you for your review. We are always happy to help in any way we can to be able to provide that highest standard of care possible.
I am very happy indeed with the care provided to my dementia suffering wife. The carers treat my wife in a friendly manner, with respect and professionalism which ensures she feels safe and confident when they are providing to her the care she needs.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you are happy with the care we provide.
My family and I are absolutely delighted with the care provided by the team at Staying at Home Care. My mother is now 92 and is very determined to stay in her home. We started using Staying at Home Care 2 years ago and it has made such a difference to my mother's wellbeing and independence. As a family we are confident she is being well cared for by such a professional and caring team. This is especially important as we live abroad for much of the year. Nothing is too much trouble. They always go the extra mile. Communication is excellent too. Prompt and efficient, friendly and responsive. Most importantly my mother loves them!
Thank you for your review. We are pleased that the care we provide to your mother gives you peace of mind and that your mother is happy too.
I can't rate this company high enough for the care and understanding they provide. I am so pleased with the friendly carers who attend to my every need. I can absolutely recommend this company in all respects.
Thank you for your lovely review! We are pleased you feel that way and that you are happy with the care we provide.
