The carers are friendly, flexible and very helpful. The management are always available and very understanding. My sister is not the easiest client and can be very difficult, but it's never a problem. The best care agency we have used and great value for money too. Recommended.

The agency director has been very understanding and flexible with all aspects of care provided. Very professional and I have great respect and the care provided has been more than sufficient. It has made my burden much easier although some discrepancies may have occured from time to time they have always been resolved and ratified on both parties account. To summarise more than satisfied and hope things progress in the same way. Very gratefully.

Management level is superb. I appreciate a team of 2 rotating carers, operating as a team and caring for my husband. Punctual, reliable and flexible. Overall happy with their services and management.

We have been lucky to have Lavender Care in our lives. We have used them for more than three years. From the start, they have put my husband first. He totally relaxes when he knows who is coming to help him. Good leadership, reliable carers nothing is too much trouble. We see them four times a day, so they are more than just carers. They are a lifeline!

Lavender Care Agency has been great in helping with my father and caring for him individually whilst in his own home. Each carer is attentive and listens to my Dad, who has short-term memory and mobile issues. Any questions I have had have been responded to promptly and addressed by the carers who attend to my dad's needs and are taken seriously and dealt with. Dad is happy with the care and attention he receives. He likes consistency and Lavender Care endeavours to assist with the needs of Dad.

Very happy with Lavender Care Agency, always very efficient and receive replies to all emails and questions very quickly. Main carer for my mother is amazing, always happy and jolly and even though my mum has severe dementia she is always very happy when the main carer turns up in the evening. We had to change from another company after very disappointing levels of care and that highlights the superiority of Lavender in this field. The regular carer is amazing with my mother and treats her like an old friend. Due to dementia, my mother tends to take everything for granted and does not show her appreciation much but I would like to thank the carers on her behalf. Of course, there will always be times when things don't go to plan but if I have to call them, someone always answers or returns my call quickly. If we need extra help or care, I can email or text them too, which is very handy when I am at work. I would be happy to recommend Lavender Care to anyone else needing a similar service.

I cannot give enough praise to Lavender Care Agency, they are incredibly supportive of my mother and all her needs, but also incredibly supportive of myself, if I have any questions or am in need of support insofar as I am doing all I can to make my mother safe, I have no hesitation in talking with them about her continuing care.

Lavender Care have been providing excellent support. They are quick to respond when emailed or to take action when requested. The carer has formed a great relationship with my sister and performs her tasks with a very positive attitude and great enthusiasm, often going above and beyond the call of duty.

The client's room must be kept clean and tidy. The carpet in the client's room must be cleaned from urine.

Top marks for all the attention given to me during the past weeks. Nothing but a 100% performance, always there, close to the expected time and keeping me posted if there are any problems or delays. All of my carers are so jolly when they attend to me while understanding me and my problems.

Carers are always happy and considerate and go the extra mile to help with my care. The usual team of carers come, which is welcome so that I don’t have to explain where everything is time and time again.

Lavender Care has provided reliable and compassionate care for my grandmother. The team are all very friendly and react quickly to any questions or concerns; the office is also easy to contact. Carers are discreet and professional, and work extremely hard at a time of low recruitment and long hours.
