The agency director has been very understanding and flexible with all aspects of care provided. Very professional and I have great respect and the care provided has been more than sufficient. It has made my burden much easier although some discrepancies may have occured from time to time they have always
been resolved and ratified on both parties account. To summarise more than satisfied and hope things progress in the same way. Very gratefully.

All the carers are very kind to my aunt and are very nice and friendly. They are totally reliable and flexible and have never let us down!
The office is always available to speak to if we have to change times/days. My aunt has some hospital visits and they always work with us to ensure that my aunt
(who lives alone) always has the help she needs.
I would highly recommend!

We have been lucky to have Lavender Care in our lives. We have used them for more than three years. From the start, they have put my husband first. He totally relaxes when he knows who is coming to help him. Good leadership, reliable carers nothing is too much trouble. We see them four times a day,
so they are more than just carers. They are a lifeline!

Lavender Care Agency has been great in helping with my father and caring for him individually whilst in his own home. Each carer is attentive and listens to my Dad, who has short-term memory and mobile issues. Any questions I have had have been responded to promptly and addressed by the carers who attend
to my dad's needs and are taken seriously and dealt with. Dad is happy with the care and attention he receives. He likes consistency and Lavender Care endeavours to assist with the needs of Dad.

The carers took time and patience and were very caring towards my mother. She is extremely frail but quite feisty and demanding and was treated with respect.
I was pleased with the carers and they were kind enough to carry out any instructions I left them. I recommend Lavender Care.

Very happy with Lavender Care Agency, always very efficient and receive replies to all emails and questions very quickly. Main carer for my mother is amazing, always happy and jolly and even though my mum has severe dementia she is always very happy when the main carer turns up in the evening. Can't
recommend them enough.

We have had excellent services from all the carers who have given grandma personal care. We cannot fault this and only praise grandma's regular carer. She is very vibrant and full of life. Thank you for the exceptional services.

The agency has been so helpful. The carers are very kind and have helped us sometimes at short notice, with no problems. My aunt has been unable to walk after a fall, the carers have given us peace of mind as we cannot always get to her quickly. Recommended.

We had to change from another company after very disappointing levels of care and that highlights the superiority of Lavender in this field. The regular carer is amazing with my mother and treats her like an old friend. Due to dementia, my mother tends to take everything for granted and does not show
her appreciation much but I would like to thank the carers on her behalf. Of course, there will always be times when things don't go to plan but if I have to call them, someone always answers or returns my call quickly. If we need extra help or care, I can email or text them too, which is very handy when I am at work. I would be happy to recommend Lavender Care to anyone else needing a similar service.

Lavender Care have been providing excellent support. They are quick to respond when emailed or to take action when requested. The staff are punctual and polite.
I would like to request from all staff to wear shoe covers during the wet days.
The client's room must be kept clean and tidy. The carpet in the client's room must be cleaned from urine.

Top marks for all the attention given to me during the past weeks. Nothing but a 100% performance, always there, close to the expected time and keeping me posted if there are any problems or delays. All of my carers are so jolly when they attend to me while understanding me and my problems.

Lavender Care has provided reliable and compassionate care for my grandmother. The team are all very friendly and react quickly to any questions or concerns; the office is also easy to contact. I would like to express sincere thanks to Lavender care, for the compassionate and friendly staff they provided to look after my dad who suffers from dementia, in particular, the carer who treated him as if he was her own relative. She was sincerely kind and loving towards him and always arrived with
a big smile.
I am grateful that I could depend on the agency at all times, and was put at ease the moment I met the carer and her colleague.
I would also like to express thanks to the manager who was quick to respond to a situation with my dad who was suffering from hallucinations at the time.
As a daughter, I only want the best care for my dad, that he is treated with respect and kindness, all of which he received, with Lavender Care Agency, who were also reliable, flexible and accommodating at all times. Our experience without a doubt was a happy and pleasurable one, therefore I can highly recommend the services provided by Lavender Care.

Lavender Care Agency has always been very kind and responds quickly to any requests for my husband. In the past, I have asked for extra visits when I have taken a break and immediately there is a problem they phone to inform me. Recently, I injured my back in a fall and I asked last week for extra help
with tidying up for my husband the request was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We cannot fault Lavender in any way. They do a great job!
