I heard about Pro Target Care through a friend and gave them a call. They were immediately understanding and very helpful. She and her staff have consistently provided excellent, friendly service and often go above and beyond to help out. We feel extremely lucky to have found them.

My mother has required care for a number of years and we have had the experience of using other agencies in the past. The manager and her team have been fantastic and shown a great level of care, support and service. The manager is always available if I have any questions and their response is second to none. I am extremely grateful to her and her team for the excellent support and care they have shown my mother and I am so glad I have found them.

The manager and team have been looking after my dad at home since he came out of hospital having had a stroke, in February this year. They come to his house four times a day and change him, wash him and make sure he has everything he needs. They also keep an eye on his medical needs to make sure he is getting the right treatment and also make meals or drinks for him when needed, nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise the manager and the team enough, they are such lovely people who genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to help them. The relationship and communication they have with me and my brother regularly is also excellent and very reassuring. We know we can totally rely on them and they have our dad's best interests at heart. We really like them and rate them, so does my Dad most importantly. So thank you.

I do not think I could find enough words to thank the manager and her team. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. Thank you for being such an amazing person. And not forgetting a big thanks to your team.

The manager and her incredible team have always been superb carers. During this unprecedented time, they have gone way above and beyond normal duties ensuring the health and well being of their clients. In addition, the support and communication given to us as a family who cannot be with our loved ones has been exceptional. When you hear the clapping at 8 o'clock on Thursday evenings, it's for people like the manager and her team. Thank you, so very much.

During these last few weeks through the lockdown, the staff of Pro Target have been our personal heroes. They have soldiered on irrespective of all the added pressures they currently face. Pro Target carers cared for my dad to a very high standard. They were friendly and caring and responded to the ongoing changes in my dad' needs. Nothing was too much trouble. My dad spoke well of all the carers and had a good rapport with them.

My Mother-in-Law has been cared for for the last 17 months. During this time we have both been really impressed by the caring, friendly and reliable staff. They have communicated well with me and been willing on several occasions to stay beyond their time and help whenever needed, including supporting us through several crises. They have been very flexible, professional and caring. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Pro Target were absolutely wonderful carers for my mother. They were caring, proactive, kind and intelligent in the way they dealt with her changing needs. It was a relief for me to know that she was being well cared for consistently, despite her declining health. I had experienced poor service from previous care companies and so it was a breath of fresh air when the manager and her team came on board. They are reliable and a pleasure to deal with - no matter what is thrown at them. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.
