Pro Target Care provided excellent care for my late father from July 2021 until shortly before his death in December 2022. They were not only carers but became friends and he looked forward to their visits and the chance to have a good chat and tell them about the events of his long life. I will also miss seeing them every morning and evening. I would recommend them very highly.

The girls who look after my husband are caring and competent, and he feels safe when they are here. They are all fully aware of his complex health issue, and nothing is too much trouble for them whilst they are at our home caring for him. Also, I have peace of mind as I go out whilst they are here. I know he is in safe hands. We both would highly recommend Pro Target Care to anyone. The manager is very capable and listens to all your needs and ensures that they are carried out on all visits.

I am very pleased with the manager and team. All cares are professional very polite and friendly. They engage with my mum and dad and treat them with respect. I would recommend this company. If Mum or Dad have an appointment at the doctor's, they will come earlier in the morning to have them ready.

Any problems I may have had or concerns regarding my dad they are always at the end of the phone to help.

We have been using Pro Target Care for over a year. For most of this time, it has been once a week for two hours. This year it will be two afternoons a week for a longer time. The care provider takes my wife out for a drive and a cup of tea, their enthusiasm, kindness and patience has been amazing.

During one of her two weekly visits, the carer carries out a pampering service like washing her hair which is much appreciated. I am most grateful for the company she provides for my wife, allowing me a break from caring.

My dad has carers 3 times a day. Pro Target are lovely, they come at set times every day. I have a rota for the whole month. The staff and management are all friendly and approachable. The manager has checked in with me to make sure I'm happy and Dad's needs are being met. She also has done calls for my dad. I would recommend 100%. They are easy to contact and get back to you straight away. Great team!

These are very friendly carers who all speak perfect English with no accent (being older I can't catch the words in heavy accents e.g. Scots). They are good at their tasks and a very good timekeeper. Nothing is too much trouble. What's more, they can cook well. We have had conversations that lift the spirits. I shall be sorry when I am well enough to be on my own.

From right off the starting blocks, Pro Target Care Ltd has delivered an exemplary service for my 90-year-old disabled father. Their standard of care for my dad has been over and above what I could have hoped for, and indeed, what I have experienced in the past with his former care agency. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Pro Target Care value and look after their staff well. Carers arrive on time generally and do basic personal care well. Extra time has been provided for additional duties when requested.

I have found the carers to be warm, friendly and completely professional in all that they do for me. Timekeeping is good and I feel very well supported and cared for. During my wife's final weeks at home, the carer from Pro Target Care provided backup for me (the husband), looking after my wife's needs and supporting me by helping in the house. In the end, she also provided overnight waking vigilance. She showed excellent professional expertise and also great empathy in dealing with a difficult, frail and terminally ill lady. She also did many personal 'out of hours' kindnesses to the family, going well beyond her formal duties. By the end, she had become a family friend as well as a reliable carer.

The manager and her team have been fantastic and provide a high level of support and care. The manager is always available to answer any questions and always willing to help. The manager and team are polite, professional and will go above and beyond their job requirements to support the client and their families. I know my nan is in safe hands and they will contact me with any concerns.

Having tried a few care agencies, we are very pleased to have come across this agency. They are professional, supportive and very caring. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality care especially in these worrying times. Thank you.

The manager and her team were very kind, efficient, happy, and helped me, as the daughter a lot when hiccups occurred with finances. She was fine as she knew things would straighten out. Pro Target Care have been caring for my mother for the past 2 years. In this time I have always found them to be professional and reliable. They are always friendly and happy and often sing along with mum during visits. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The carers keep us well informed of any changes or concerns they may have regarding Mum's health or mental state, and also if any shopping or personal items are needed.
