The team have been incredibly supportive throughout this process, a brand new experience for the family as a whole and they made it so much easier to swallow. Even down to providing general advice outside of their caregiving role to make the situation easier to manage and how to access wider support available. It was a long process onboarding my mother to accept that outside care was needed and they have been an excellent partner in making that transition.

Management is always available for any questions or queries you have, making a stressful time not so. A very good all-around service.

A friend found Right at Home for me and I'm so very grateful that she did. Since I came out of hospital recently after bowel cancer surgery, the carer has visited me every day and she has been a star. She is highly competent, kind, friendly and everything you could wish for in a carer. I feel so so fortunate that she has been able to support me.

After only a couple of days of care, we were over our crisis and Dad was able to look after himself again, so we were able to cease the care plan. I'm sure the support we received from Right at Home played a large part in his quick recovery. We would not hesitate in engaging with Right at Home again in the future if the need arose and we would highly recommend them.

It is our first time using home care services. The whole team have been extremely helpful in guiding us through the process, making lots of helpful suggestions and being really flexible, as Mum's needs have changed. The carer has been so kind and thoughtful, I really wish we had started using them sooner.

I am very happy with Right at Home. Living quite a distance from my elderly father, they give me peace of mind. The service allows my father to remain independent in his own home. My father has come to rely on his caregivers now. I'm pleased that they take the initiative, to ensure my father has adequate supplies.

I have always felt reassured by Right at Home. Taking the worry off my shoulders and giving me that peace of mind.

Overall experience and care support are excellent. The residents are treated with dignity. The staff are very pleasant. The rooms are kept in a high level of cleanliness. The home is safe and secure. High recommend.

All staff at Right At Home - carers and management - are always helpful, polite and friendly, while also delivering a very professional service. It has been a great help to have the carers on hand for daily assistance in small things - shopping or medication for example - or for greater help when necessary. It is very reassuring to know your relative is being well treated in a consistent and reliable way when you can't be around to help out. Right At Home have always kept me informed of any issues that they might observe so that we can plan together how they are managed. Additionally, Right At Home were great all through the pandemic lockdowns when they kept my relative safe when I had responsibilities for another elderly relative.

The standard of care - especially during recent very difficult circumstances - has always been exceptionally good. Everyone involved has been very cooperative and the management team have always gone well beyond any duty of care requirements. Visiting medical professionals - GPs and nurses - have all been extremely complimentary and reassuring about the standard of care being administered by the caregivers. The team of caregivers are lead by a dedicated manager who pays great attention to details and ensures that her team do the same. This level of exceptional is very reassuring to our family.

Right at Home were brilliant from the start when one of my relatives required extra help with daily tasks and preparing meals. They kept me fully informed of any issues and were always ready with advice, which was really helpful. During the last months of care, they helped look after my relative with respect, always putting her needs first and ensuring that she was comfortable and happy during their visits. I would thoroughly recommend Right at Home to anyone that requires care, they were professional and provided an excellent service which took all the anxiety away which enabled my relative to remain in her own home, where she felt safe and cared for.

We could not have made a better choice and I cannot sing their praises loudly enough. Right at Home provided excellent care for mum from July 2021 to her passing away in December 2021. They not only cared for mum but also supported my father who was at home with mum. The management team were thorough in their assessment and put everything in place for mum to be able to return home from respite care. The caregivers were always kind, friendly, and respectful. They managed mum's day-to-day personal care and medication well and handled mum's changing needs as her health declined with great flexibility and always went the extra mile when required. In mum's last week of life, their support for the whole family was outstanding. I can honestly say that we could not have done it without them. Three of the lovely caregivers even came to mum's funeral.

Right at Home provided care for my mother for over 3 years until her death, replacing her previous care agency, with who we were not happy. The manager and her team were great. The agency is very well run. The manager is very thorough and committed in all areas, in choosing and managing staff, instigating rigid protocol during the pandemic etc. The carers were both professional and friendly, diligent in reporting any problems to the doctor or calling the hospital if necessary and carrying out their duties. They would also do a bit of cleaning etc if they had spare time. My mother often commented that she viewed them as friends, not professionals. Their thoroughness made my siblings lives, and mine, a lot easier. We were very happy all round.

We could not have asked for better carers for the last 2 years of my mother's life. The manager and her team were kind, respectful, efficient, always on time and went above and beyond in what they did for her. They were also very supportive of her family. Mum always said they were friends, not carers. We are so grateful that they enabled us to keep Mum at home until she died which was so important to her.

I required homecare to be put in place in order for my mum to be able to return home after a period of convalescent following a fall. I contacted the local Right at Home Office who promptly arranged a meeting to assess our requirements and a care package was put in place at short notice. The communication and advice provided by the management team was excellent and the daily help and support provided by the lovely caregivers have allowed Mum to regain her independence once again. The team have provided a friendly, reliable and caring service and now we have found them we will definitely continue to use their services.
