Guardian Angel Carers - Spelthorne, Elmbridge and Runnymede

I have just a short contact yet,but the carers always relaible,concentrate my wish. If I need an appoinment,wich was not planned, they flexible, find the solution for me.I'm happy with their support. Later on I will need more help,so if my financial situation let me do,I would like to ask for more help

Guardian Angels have been caring for our mum since March 2026 after being discharged from hospital. The care angels are kind, caring and professional, helping my mum daily with her care needs. After staying with mum initially (I live quite a distance) I feel that their punctual visits, continuing kindness and routine are helping mum to get better. Mum is very happy with everything. Reading the care visit reports on the app is very reassuring and any questions that arise are answered by the very helpful office team. In the very first stages of mums care Guardian Angels were very supportive in putting everything in place which was and still is much appreciated. Thank you.

Dad is very happy with the service that Guardian Angels provide, and the family are totally reassured, knowing that our father is so well cared for by a first class team.

My mother has been extremely satisfied with the levels of support provided to her by the very professional, knowledgeable and proactive team of carers that attend to her needs twice daily. This level of support is so reassuring to the family and whenever an adjustment is needed the response is quick and supportive. The sense of community is further enhanced with periodic gatherings at the GA Office for seeing others and having a good chat and laugh with refreshments. My mother has already been to a couple of these and really enjoys them. My special thanks to Jade for operational tweaking of roster when asked and rest of the office team! GA is really delivering exemplary care.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided, the carers are without exception kind, thoughtful & considerate. The office staff are always helpful. All in all a 5 star service, that compares very well with a top rate nursing home.

I have been extremely satisfied with all the care I have received from Guardian Angel Carers. The personal care and domestic help as well as the friendly and supportive attitude by 90% of the operational staff is impressive. The telephone and email communication is good and prompt. In the time In the time I have been a service user I have been easily able to vary the amount of service received. I look forward to their visits.

The team have been invaluable to our family, looking after our parents over the last few years. From the start they have been caring and wanting to understand how they can help our parents to enjoy their life at home in 'their' way. Guardian Angels get to know Mum's routine and care for her in the correct way so that it 'fits' with her home life. The team are always ready to help to assist in any way. They were flexible with assistance when my Dad needed more care at home and were always so kind and patient with him. After his passing we were able to adjust care time for Mum that suited her needs. Mum has a great relationship with her carer, (and us) who feels part of our family. We feel grateful we have such a kind and caring team on our side who look after our Mum like their own.

Nothing is too much trouble and I feel relieved and secure in the knowledge he is being looked after when I need help for him the most

Guardian Angels continue to go above and beyond in their service for Mum (87), who is requiring a little more help each month. They are so sweet and fun as they help her wash and dress in the morning, that she always has a smile on her face by the time she sits down for breakfast. The admin side too is amazing, able to adapt to even last minute changes of time and last minute additional instructions as the situation at home changes. A friendly and highly responsive team of caring staff all-round.

Just a short review to say thank you to all the staff at guardian angels in shepperton.They have been absolutely brilliant. My Mother suffers with dementia because of the constant care that she needs their support is fantastic. From heating meals up to taking mum to doctor's appointments.When I am not available because of work.

The office staff are very helpful and professional. They always communicate well and do their best to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place. The carers are all very nice and do a great job looking after my Mum. During the 6 months we have been using Guardian Angels, we have never been let down and the carers are always very helpful and nice to deal with. Its good to know that my Mum is in safe hands and the feedback I can get through the portal gives me a good view of what each carer has been doing during their visits.

We have just started using GA for our relatives care. The initial set up was very informative and practicable. We have found the care to be excellent. The dashboard which holds the updates of her present situation excellent . GA's are very easy to get hold off and quick to answer. As a family we feel our relative and ourselves are very supported and the carers to be very approachable and friendly.

We needed a carer for mum coming out of hospital, because she had fractured her spine. I was able to be with her for a week or so but then needed evening care incase she needed her commode or needed the toilet etc. I called Guardian Angel among others to put support into place, they were by far the most professional during the "get to know you" session. That care and attention led me to choose them because I wanted to be sure mum would be ok without me. Once the care was in place and started I was relieved that the attention to detail and care that I saw in the "meet me" session was also reflected in the carers. Extremely friendly yet always professional. I will not hesitate again in using Guardian Angel in the future. If you are looking for a care agency do not hesitate in contacting Guardian Angel. Their fees are on the higher end, but honestly you definately pay for what you get with them.

Lovely to deal with such a great caring team - the help given Mum with her daily tasks and personal care has been excellent, the family have really appreciated the support we have received - I don't know what we would have done without you all. Thank you

I've been with Guardian for over 2 years. I feel very safe and very looked after. Nice to see friendly faces. The carers are always on time. I have the same carer and we have build a safe friendship. I would recommend Guardian Angel Carers to anyone who needs help.
