Domicare were able to step in at very short notice after my mum had a fall and support her mornings and evenings. This is the third time Mum has asked for help and each time they have provided excellent interim care. They are trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and pleasant. I can wholeheartedly recommend them

I can't recommend Domicare enough. When my father got knocked down by a car, the Manager reached out to me. It was the best thing that could've happened. As I live and work in London, I couldn't help, and looking up carers was a daunting prospect. I instantly felt a warmth and trust from her. Her care for my father, was second to none. She helped mornings and nights, showering, dressing him and helping with medicine. She did the washing up and getting him into bed.

She went above and beyond, even getting a key safe installed and lending a mobility getting the help and attention. She managed to cope with his foibles and frustrations. She coped very well when she found him on the floor, keeping him warm and comfortable while waiting for the ambulance. A very caring, trustworthy lovely person.

Domicare is an excellent care agency. The manager has gone above and beyond in her capacity. I work quite a distance from where my mother lives and the Manager has stepped in a couple of times when there have been emergencies. The care delivered is person centred with a focus on building and maintaining skills. This has been so important to ensure my mother can stay independent as possible. When my mother had a sudden decline and the Manager liaised with the social care team to ensure my mother got the equipment she needed. It is very reassuring to have a company that ensures my mother is safe, happy and has a great quality of life.

The manager stepped in at very short notice to help with my mother following a hospital visit. This really helped with my mother's transition back home and with medication and independence. I would definitely engage her again.

When my mother had a stroke and largely lost the capacity to look after herself, it was a desperate situation given that I live in Ecuador, I am my mother's only living relative, and she flatly refused to leave her home. When I was eventually referred to Domicare, it was a huge weight lifted from my shoulders because the manager is extremely knowledgeable and proactive and was able to advise me exactly what sort of care my mother would need. She even brought up several 'must do' safety issues regarding the house and acted on my behalf to resolve those when I had to return to Ecuador. As for the day-to-day care she provides, she is a deeply empathetic and loving person as well as possessing seemingly boundless patience when dealing with my mother's increasing dementia. She always keeps me informed, nothing is too much for her, she is always going above and beyond, and I cannot recommend Domicare highly enough.

A staff member at Domicare became my carer following a stay in hospital, initially visiting four times a day. She has been excellent, providing help ranging from getting me up in the morning, helping with washing, reminding me to take my medication and support during my convalescence. She is efficient, reliable and kind, doing extra small gestures that have made my life more comfortable. Thanks to her care I can now live independently. I am very appreciative of all the help she has given me.
