King Homecare is fantastic. So reliable and friendly. The care they provide is the best we have experienced, and I would highly recommend anyone who requires care to contact them. The manager is exceptional. Truly amazing service. Thank you.

After having a major operation, I called upon King Homecare who were able to support me following my hospital discharge. They have been very kind, caring and have acted on my every wish. Knowing there is someone at the end of the phone, reduced my anxiety and allowed me to get back into my routine.

King Homecare supported me from the very first phone call to the last. Very helpful and friendly. A joy to talk too, happy and my kind of people to be around. Excellent timekeeping and I would recommend to anyone looking for care.

We cannot praise King Homecare highly enough. At present, Mum just has a visit for companionship, she has short term memory loss and feels comfortable with the patience, understanding and support she receives from her carer. She looks forward to the visits and really enjoys the company. As a family, not living or working locally and therefore not always on hand for Mum’s needs, it’s such a relief to know she is in safe hands when she goes out. And it’s lovely to receive the Daily Log Notes. It’s so good to know that there is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care sector that would be available, if we should need it in the future, from King Homecare staff. We would definitely recommend them.

King Homecare have been exceptional in delivering care and support for my husband. Living with dementia can be very challenging but the carer always remains professional, calm and helps my husband understand. King Homecare are flexible to days and times required and are always reliable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a care agency.

King Homecare has made such a difference to mine and my parents lifes. She is very experienced in what she does and I’m unsure where we would be without her. Very trustworthy, reliable and flexible. I have recommended King Homecare to friends recently.

Very professional services that go above and beyond what would normally be expected and even though they are caring for my father, they are equally caring for my mum as she also needs assistance but doesn't always recognise it. Thanks to King Homecare, we as a family know and trust in the service that my father is receiving.

Although King Homecare was only able to help me for a few days, I found them to be most helpful, punctual and totally trustworthy. They spent time gathering information and was able to personalise a care plan for Mum that included everything required. My mother loved their company as ill as my mum was at the time, she trusted them and so do I. Mother had Alzheimer's among other morbidness and their vast experience of the conditions made Mother's support and care more valuable. The only reason that Kings Homecare did not continue is that sadly Mum passed away but she was very ill and it was her time. King Homecare was also a great comfort to me on my mother's passing. (The dogs also loved them!)

My elderly mother has been housebound with an arthritic hip for the last few months and the carer has done a great job caring for her. She also really appreciates the companionship. I highly recommended King Homecare.

I can thoroughly recommend the services from King Home Care, they have looked after my father’s hygiene needs and washing since June and we are grateful for her help and support. They are very experienced with Dementia Care and is a caring and patient person, thank you King Homecare!

I can honestly say that without the care of this lady I would have struggled. I don’t live near my uncle but the carer not only makes sure that my uncle has food she also makes sure he takes his medication she looks after all his hygiene needs and washing. She is just amazing and takes so much care and time with him which means it is a peace of mind for me living so far away.

After having a thorough chat with the manager about our family's needs resulting from dementia, she was able to devise a care plan within a short timeframe which included all of our requests and more (!) she quite clearly has incredible experience in the care sector and conducts herself in an empathetic and caring way.
