We understand your concerns and would like to address several points to provide a balanced view of the situation. Firstly, we operate using an electronic care recording system that records all care-related information, which requires the consent of the client to grant access to others. The client expressed a preference for managing his own care matters independently and despite our offer to include family and friends, he refused this. In addition, on several occasions despite continuous prompting, he often would not drink all fluids offered to him. This was recorded and communicated to the relevant healthcare professionals. Regarding the lateness, he opted for a later visit time and agreed to a range between 09:30 and 10:00 with a 45-minute leeway to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. We deeply regret the feelings this has caused you and your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work diligently to improve the care we provide.
