Our fees cover the cost of a fully managed service, the cost of the dedicated carer, the management of your care and a care manager who will make sure you are happy every step of the way.
For couples, a live-in carer is a fantastic option as we only make a small additional charge for the extra person needing care. If your relative lives alone, having a live-in carer is still a viable option, as the costs compare favourably to that of a premium care home.
For some, all that’s needed is a friendly face and someone to come in to their home for a few hours to keep track of things, provide support with household tasks and appointments, manage medication and provide some company. We know how important it is that your relative builds a strong bond with their carer, and we will provide a dedicated carer that they can get to know well.
It can be hard to make that first phone call to us, but there really is no obligation, and we are more than happy to talk through the different options with you so you can make an informed decision.

This homecare agency has exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the effort made to anticipate all needs is exceptional. It doesn't feel like an agency taking care of my loved ones. More like family in the way they dedicate their care and time to each member. I live in another country and this agency stays in constant communication, which is extremely comforting. I am very grateful to have this agency taking care of my family. I also see the relief and peace of mind my family has for having this agency assist in their home. I found the manageress very keen to give quality care to the clients. Always going the extra mile to provide the best care for the clients under her care. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Felt at ease when visited the home for viewing. Clients at the home looked happy and well cared for.

My daughter needed help as she has special needs and I hired Danielle & Daisy Care Ltd to carry out the care. The manager was extra helpful, full of knowledge, supportive and signposted me with so much information. We are allocated with two regular carers who always come and look after my daughter, take her out in the community, and help her with shopping, activities etc. I couldn't ask for a better service. The carers are all very professional, dedicated and reliable. I will forever recommend them to other people needing this specialist service. Wish I had met them a while back. Thank you so much.
