We have been using K4U for a couple of years now but of late due to Dad's condition we have had to increase K4U's workload. They have put in place a particular carer who is changing my dad's life around and ultimately us (sons) and massive improvement has been and being enjoyed! Thank you K4U and won't hesitate to recommend your services to family and friends in future.

Overall Experience
I have dealt with Kare4You for several years as your company looked after my husband, Neil.

Pleased with the care I am receiving. Some cares can sometimes be abrupt. My regular carer, whom I call Tinda for short, she is lovely and good fun to be around.

Nicki Job Title: Deputy & Compliance Manager
Nicki

I started in care in 1994 as a domiciliary home carer, as a friend already in care introduced me and thought I would be perfect for this. I worked my way from carer to Registered Manager over the years, but I do enjoy working with people in their own homes and helping get the best outcomes for the Customers, so they can enjoy their lives in the way they want. I found my passion lies in compliance and making sure everything is structured and follows all CQC guidelines, as this makes for a safe service for the customers we look after, and gives them peace of mind and their families. I have my certificates in care, which document my progress over the years, and I am also a Certificated trainer, so I can give the new candidates personal and pertinent training, which enables them to give our customers personal-centred care with Choice, Dignity and Respect, which is at the forefront of everything we do.

I am married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren, and have 2 dogs.

Dawn Job Title: Care Co-Ordinator
Dawn

Hi, my name is Dawn, and I have worked in the care industry since 2005. I started as a care assistant and over the years have gained NVQs Level 2, 3, and 5. I currently enjoy my role as a co-ordinator and still, on occasion, work as a carer. The team that I am now a part of at Kare4You is all very experienced and knowledgeable in their roles, and we all have our own personalities and qualities, which helps create a positive and happy work environment. I am looking forward to being part of this new, exciting adventure.

Karen Job Title: Care Coordinator
Karen

My name is Karen, and I have been in the care industry for over 30 years now. I have been a carer and then went into the office to be a coordinator, and I did my NVQs Level 2, 3, and 4. I moved to live in Kent in 2013 after I had my son, and then I started to work nights as a senior carer in a residential home and a nursing home, as this fitted in around my family life too.

Nansi Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
Nansi

I have over 5 years of experience in the care sector, working my way up from Senior Carer to Compliance Manager, and now Field Care Supervisor. My background has given me strong skills in leadership, compliance, and delivering high-quality care. I hold an RQF Level 4 qualification as well as compliance certification, and I am always eager to continue learning and developing my expertise to become the best in my role. I am passionate about supporting both service users and care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are consistently met.
