Thank you for taking the time to review our services. We were very honoured to have looked after your husband in his last days. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
They are professional and are trained to the highest standards.
They communicate well and are organised and punctual.
We are blessed to have them here to help and take care of my elderly mother.
Without them, we would not be able to manage.
We are most grateful.
The managers provide support and are always there to help navigate the care system.
Thank you for taking time to review our services. We're pleased to hear that our carers are doing a brilliant job. We believe in working together with families and our service users to make homecare better.
The punctuality, care and helpfulness of the MemoryJane Healthcare Ltd carers is faultless. All requirements were discussed in detail from the outset which was really reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Thank you for taking time to write such a good review. At MemoryJane Healthcare we endeavour to go an extra mile.
The carers were introduced to my wife and me by their supervisor on their first visit and fully briefed in my presence, as my wife's condition required special handling since she was in a 'hospice at home' palliative care situation. They were always on time and were efficient, polite, and caring and interacted with us both at all times. They were well trained and regularly monitored by their obviously dedicated supervisor, who interacted well with the palliative care nurses. In all, the team made my wife's last few days more comfortable and mine less stressful.
Thank you so much for the lovely review in such a difficult time. It was an honour to look after your wife in her last days. We are pleased to know we made the process less stressful for you.
She loves talking about the old days and having someone to talk to keeps her brain active. Keep up the great work. Recommend to everyone A1 service.
Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We really appreciate your comments and rating. At MemoryJane we believe in working together with our service users and their families to make homecare better.
