The team at Memory Jane have not only provided physical assistance to my husband who has Alzheimer’s disease but the carers also bring kindness and support and a positive energy with their visits. My husband’s face lights up when the carers arrive in the morning. It is the little extras that count too - the small tasks that are noticed and carried out without having to be asked and the genuine care shown to us both. Communication and organisation are also excellent. We are very, very happy with the services provided by all at Memory Jane.

The punctuality, care and helpfulness of the MemoryJane Healthcare Ltd carers is faultless. All requirements were discussed in detail from the outset which was really reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The carers were introduced to my wife and me by their supervisor on their first visit and fully briefed in my presence, as my wife's condition required special handling since she was in a 'hospice at home' palliative care situation. They were always on time and were efficient, polite, and caring and interacted with us both at all times. They were well trained and regularly monitored by their obviously dedicated supervisor, who interacted well with the palliative care nurses. In all, the team made my wife's last few days more comfortable and mine less stressful.

She loves talking about the old days and having someone to talk to keeps her brain active. Keep up the great work. Recommend to everyone A1 service.
