We offer flexible home-care visits from 30 minutes upwards, allowing us to tailor the length and frequency of visits to each person's individual needs.
Our care fees are based on the duration of the visit and the time of day care is required. Different rates apply to weekday and weekend visits, and we will explain all applicable charges clearly before care begins.
Public holiday rates also apply. Visits carried out on Bank Holidays are charged at 1.5 times the standard rate, while visits provided on Christmas Day and New Year's Day are charged at twice the usual rate.
We provide an initial assessment at no cost and with no obligation. This gives us an opportunity to understand the person's care requirements, discuss the support they would like at home and recommend a suitable care arrangement.
