We are sorry to read your review.However, our records do not reflect the experience described. Your cleaning schedule and instructions for Mondays and Fridays were agreed in advance and communicated to staff before each visit, so we do not recognise the suggestion that staff were unsure of their duties. Our staff travel in company vehicles with company drivers, and where an unforeseen delay occurred, clients were contacted by telephone as soon as possible. The only concern formally raised during our service was our staff not using a particular strong cleaning chemical. As an employer, we have a legal duty to protect our staff under health and safety legislation and could not require them to use products that posed a potential risk. While we respect your right to share your opinion, we do not believe this review fairly reflects the service provided by our team.
