I have already recommended Niyacare and consequentially my friends are using them too and I know they are also satisfied with the service.

We hired NIYA Care to assist my father for twelve days with his everyday care and meals. From the first meeting with Ishrat we were very impressed and reassured at her level of compassion and professionalism. The caregivers were punctual and compassionate and provided outstanding care. My father was very happy and became very fond of the caregivers. The care company was easy to reach and always made sure my father had everything he needed. We will not hesitate to use NIYA Care again.

From the first contact with Ishrat and the team at NIYA Care we have felt confident and very pleased with their service. My parents love the care staff that come and in the six weeks that we have been with them so far, have never had an issue. The App is really useful to see who is coming on which day and for how long. My parents have mostly had the same care team (big shout out to Esther and Madi) but Ishrat puts in contingency by briefing another staff member with the routines etc just in case. This is a really well organised, professional and caring company and I recommend them.

Our family are genuinely grateful for the support we received from Niya Care at a most difficult of times . They willingly filled in the care gaps which we were having with my eldeley mother . They did this without fuss or issue, and answered all our requests including care cover over Christmas.They are a new business and finding their way, so i would advise any user to communicate what you need to Ishrat and her team, as there carers are trustworthy and kind. For this reason we have spoken to Niya and explained our situation and although mother has recovered we are keeping in touch with Niya Care should a time return when care is again needed. Communication between myself and the company has been very good

My elderly mother with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's was having care from another care company and due to her time sensitive medications needing to be on time was always administered late, which had a very bad impact on my mum, so I came across Niya care online, and had a meeting with them, they assured me they would take care of my mother the correct way regarding her medication etc and since changing, what an improvement I have seen in my mother, she has lovely carers who are always on time and give mum the care she deserves. The company are very supportive and very caring and helpful I would recommend Niya care to anyone who needs help.

My Mum didn't want a career to help her. She was adamant that she could cope. I suggested that she had a chat with Niya Care to see if they could make her life a little easier. The manager came to talk to my Mum. She immediately put my Mum at ease and organised a career to visit. I can't thank the manager and her team enough for all their help and support.

We recently entrusted Niya Care with looking after my aunt, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, professional, and reassuring. The team ensured excellent communication, keeping us informed and making sure everything was running smoothly at every stage. My aunt seems significantly more content and happier since Niya Care came on board. She has developed a wonderful relationship with both the office staff and her carers, which has made a world of difference. It's heartwarming to see her so well cared for and comfortable.
