Price Range: £1,300 – £1,700+ per week (depending on level of care required).

Daily Living Support – Assistance with dressing, bathing, toileting, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Personal Care – Individualised support tailored to hygiene, grooming, and wellbeing needs.

Companionship – Emotional support, conversation, and social engagement.

Household Assistance – Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands.


Specialist Support (as required):

Mobility assistance and fall prevention.

Complex care needs such as PEG feeding, stoma care, catheter support, and advanced medical routines.

Support for clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, or palliative care needs.


Cost Variation Factors:

Complexity of care required (standard vs. advanced medical support).

Carer’s skills, training, and experience level.

Location of service delivery.

Duration of placement (short-term respite vs. long-term live-in).

I am so grateful that 3Nite Care Services were recommended to me. From my very first introduction to the 3Nite team I found them extremely helpful, professional, efficient, friendly and supportive. They were always so accommodating and ready to respond to any issues or queries that arose quickly and in a highly supportive way. Trying to organise home support for an elderly parent with increasing health and care needs is very stressful, but 3Nite were there to offer a reassuring and supportive presence. I am very happy to take this opportunity to highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

Office staff very friendly. Live in, full time carers have just started. Very amenable regarding state of house and things not working properly! Mum enjoys the company. Thought it might remove a lot of worry but still have to check things. We'll see how things turn out.

Caring and cheerful carers.

Carers were honest, with reasonable command of good english. The carers were attentive. Very professional tea.The carers turned up on time and ensured my husband's needs were met. Whilst I was at the hospital.
