I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use Home Instead Fareham & Gosport branch for themself or loved ones.

My wife has dementia and is unable to make herself understood. After a period in hospital she was brought home with a care plan requiring 3, hourly visits by 2 carers each day. This had to be arranged at short notice but the company stepped up admirably. I cannot fault the care my wife has received from every member of the team from the team leader down. I think it is recognised that our funds are limited and every effort is made to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum. I have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone in the unfortunate position of requiring care as I am confident they will receive excellent, empathetic treatment from all staff involved.

I couldn't recommend home instead enough. My grandmother was diagnosed with vascular dementia Alzheimer's however wanted to stay in her home and remain independent. With the support from the team we were able to fulfill her wishes. The whole team from admin to carers were kind, supportive and patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always kept us up to date and raised concerns if they needed to. We wanted to send a huge thank you to each and every one of you who have played a part in her care. We are very sad not to have you around now she has gone into a care home for round the clock care.

I would highly recommend them, and have only good things to say about their staff and processes from start to finish.

I have had an excellent experience so far and am very happy I found Home Instead Fareham and Gosport.

Each care giver brought their own energy and world with them.I love that the caregivers felt able to be so open and create such string relationships with our parents in such a short space of time. It made all the difference in the world. Our love and thanks to eight members of staff in particular. We are quite a medical family and have worked with many home care companies. Home Instead are absolutely outstanding and I will recommend you to everyone.

Fantastic care provided, firstly in daily visits and now live in care. Good communication with the office about any medication changes or issues. Caring approach from the top down, not only to my parents but also us as their children.

Home Instead is an exceptional company. Every staff member I have had contact with has been beyond amazing. The team have supported my nan with companionships visits as a way to slowly introduce additional help which she is on the cusp of needing. This slow and steady approach has been really beneficial to her by building relationships. The way they identify the most appropriate staff member to work with the service user is so unique but such a vital and kind step to ensure my nan had everything she needed. A particular staff member who visited my nana had similar interests to her and therefore they were able to have a really meaningful visit providing such amazing individualised care. Her words for one of the team was "anyone company who has the home care consultant working for them would be lucky". You can see straight away just from initial conversations why this company are rated outstanding!!

Home Instead is exceptional.

My Mum's Alzheimers is progressing and she needed some companionship during the week while all us children work. I was recommended Home Instead by a friend and I'm so grateful as they've been fantastic.

Mum looks forward to her visits from her carer, they're an excellent match and Mum hasn't laughed this much in years.

knew this organisation would be brilliant. The family portal keeps you up to date with activities, nutrition and health, which offers reassurance and enables you to track any deterioration.

Overall it's a fantastic service, delivered by the most amazing, friendly, patient people.

Communication is excellent and the daily updates from the carers on the family portal are very useful.

My very independent, but frail 87 year old mum has suffered from declining physical health over the past two years and was finally persuaded to have some extra support at home. After researching several agencies, we were recommended Home Instead by a friend who is a community nurse. It has been the best decision we (and mum) have made. Her team are very professional and kind and I know she relies on their support to keep her safe at home. It should not be understated either, the relief that Home Instead provides to relatives. The constant worry regarding an elderly parent living alone is immense and we are extremely grateful for the peace of mind that the service provides.

We struck gold when finding these lovely ladies, they have been caring, respectful and so very helpful in assisting us in allowing my cousin stay in her home as she was so keen to do until the end of life. There was nothing they wouldn't do for either of us and we can't thank them enough. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending each and every one of them!

A very helpful and friendly firm which goes out of its way to be helpful and friendly, and wants to please their clients. I have nothing but praise for their help, friendliness and willing to carry out any task I request. Nothing is too much trouble for them. All my carers are friendly and look after me superbly. I would hate to be without them. Long may Home Instead continue to provide such friendly carers to look after me. They turn up on time, and their friendly smile is a real tonic to me. Often I eagerly look forward to their next visit.
