My friend was happy in the care she had.

All the staff I came into contact with were very helpful, thoughtful and caring. They were more than happy to do many jobs both for me and my wife, and were available at short notice. I would have no hesitation in calling into them again and highly recommend their work.

I honestly am so grateful for the support and help Vicky gave me & my family in the journey of getting care for my Dad at home. Everything was put in place swiftly and Dad received excellent & compassionate care and nothing was too much trouble. The "app" was very useful for daily communication.

We have been using A-Star since July 2025 to provide care for my friend. . As his family don't live locally I liaise with A-Star on their behalf and we are impressed with the reliability and flexibility of the service provided. The carers arriving on time and the staff are friendly and approachable and work well with the family to solve any issues. For instance they will attend at different times from his daily schedule to allow access to other services. When his boiler needed servicing I was unable to be there so A-Star stepped in to help. His welfare and wellbeing are always uppermost in the care they provide. He is in hospital at the moment and A-Star have been invaluable during this stressful period, helping the family to liaise with the hospital and altering his care plan to meet the recommendations of the hospital to enable his smooth discharge and to ease his return home with additional care provision.

We have been using Astar care now for a few weeks to look after my auntie. Staff have all been amazing, my auntie seems to get in really well with them all, they are all really chatty with her. The office are all really helpful when we have questions and always put in additional help.

I am truly grateful for all the services provided by A STAR CARE. They always go above and beyond to cater to all my grandparents' needs. We have used this company now for a few years and their standards haven't dropped. They always live up to the expectations our loved ones deserve. I couldn't fault this company one bit. All staff that care for my grandparents are very understanding and are able to adapt to their individual needs, always, even as care has changed, especially for my nan as she has dementia and can be difficult at times. They always remain patient and professional and treat her with the dignity she deserves. Lastly, I would just like to say what an amazing company they are and how happy we are as a family to have found them, as we had a very poor company the first time around. From experiencing 2 really bad experiences with other care providers in Solihull, lazy carers rushing and turning up at times that suit them, it's highly refreshing to see care engagement and a positive change in experience and care. What once was a nightmare with other care agencies is now a pleasure and delightful caring experience with a well-run company, with up-to-date rotas As a carer, you get to see when carers log on and out and what tasks are carried out, and any concerns raised. Vicki has been invaluable through our transition from old care to A Star. Really great caring care company. Make you feel comfortable in there hands

We have recently started using a star care as we needed to find a new provider. We as a family are very happy with our choice of care provider. My grandmother is receiving amazing care, the carers very good and my nan enjoys then coming in every day.

A Star Care Services has been truly amazing. From the very start, they've gone above and beyond to make sure my elderly relative's needs are met, always putting his wellbeing and safeguarding first.

Their communication is outstanding. I receive regular calls from the office to keep records up to date and to check if there's anything more they can do. It's incredibly reassuring to know they're so attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.

Most importantly, my relative is very happy with the carers who support him. They make a real effort to send familiar faces he feels comfortable with, which has made a huge difference to his confidence and day-to-day happiness.

Thanks to their dedication and compassion, he's been able to remain in his own home, exactly where he wants to be. They've been absolutely invaluable in helping him maintain his independence and quality of life. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My grandad used A Star Care Services, and the care he got was truly exceptional. The management team was incredibly attentive, always supportive, and quick to address any concerns. The carers themselves were kind, respectful, and treated my grandfather with the utmost dignity, which brought our family a great deal of comfort. The initial meeting was at our Mum's home. The care plan was arranged and put into place. Everyone from management to care staff were wonderful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us advice and listened to us as a family. Our Mum's needs were always put first. We had updates constantly and were informed of any changes. We used A Star Care for quite along time until Mum needed fulltime care.We would definitely say that if anyone is looking into care for a loved one, please contact A Star Care

My dad is a typical 80 year old widower with MS, so finding a care company that is reasonably priced and fully able to deal with his needs has been problematic at times.

Elsewhere, the back office staff have been excellent to deal with in managing his ongoing needs, meaning there's one less thing that I'm grateful I don't need to worry about.

I can't recommend A Star highly enough, they have been, and continue to be, superb.

I have used A Star for both my elderly mother and uncle. In both cases a care package was required at short notice. Assessments were carried out swiftly and thoroughly, ensuring that care was delivered to meet specific needs. Over a several month period, both my mother and uncle have been impressed with the quality of care delivered. I have met several of the care staff and found them to be very professional and friendly. When changes to timings have been required at relatively short notice, they have always been delivered. Would throughly recommend this provider.

I had to choose a care company quickly so I could get my husband out of a Hospice. I followed my gut feeling after speaking to Astarcare administrator over the phone, so friendly and warm. After the meeting at home this approach continued and put me completely at ease, nothing was too much trouble and I learnt there was a solution for any situation. This friendly warm service extends to each of the carers who have come to our home. They are so caring with my husband, we look forward to seeing them, they are professional, attentive ,considerate to us and our home. The office have always been there on the end of the phone to help with any issues that arise or extra needs we have. We couldn't be happier that we chose Astarcare and appreciate the excellent service they provide.

After dealing with a rapid decline in my mother's health A Star Care was amazing from start to finish. They came and did the assessment and listened to all the wants and needs of my mother. Care towards her was top rate. It put me and the Family at ease knowing that my mum was getting all the support she needed when we were unable to be there. Keeping us up to date with each night sit that was easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs care and support.
