My particular carer, provides the care as per our contract exceedingly well.
She is pleasant, relaxed and efficient, her time keeping is great, and my wife and I are very pleased with her work ethic.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with our service and that your Care Professional has been meeting your expectations with professionalism and care. We take great pride in providing attentive and reliable support, and it's...
We found you to be very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. My aunt was treated with patience and dignity and we were very happy with the speed that you were able to provide care and the care that was provided.
Thank you for your kind words. We're happy to hear that you found our team helpful and friendly - we aim to please! We always try to respond quickly to requests, so if you need anything in the future, please just let us know. Thank you for your feedback.
The service is very good and helping my mum on days I cannot see her. They help out as requested by my mum. Only had them for a few weeks and it is going well. Will have more to say after they have been coming for long but it is excellent.
Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience. We're glad to hear that our service is helping your mum, and that everything is going well so far. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent care and getting to know Mum even more!
I thought I should let you know how much I continue to be impressed with my main carer. She has now been with me for some years and has consistently been quite outstanding. She has a wealth of experience in the care sector and is highly professional. She has a very broad range of competence, there is nothing she does not seem able to do. She is very energetic and has bags of initiative. At the same time she is extremely kind and endowed with a great capacity for empathy. She is also a delightful person and an unalloyed pleasure to have in my house. They don't come any better. It would not be possible.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt and glowing review. It is truly uplifting to hear such kind words about your care professional. We are delighted to know how much you value her dedication, professionalism, and the positive impact she has on your life.
We are very pleased with the care my father received. Care staff were on time, friendly and caring. It gave me peace of mind while I was away. Providing a meal and company, taking a personal interest in my father and his hobbies made a huge difference to my dad's day. They even made sure my cats were fed. Best care company I've experienced.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Home Instead. The carers have been helpful, reliable, versatile and empathetic. They are also incidentally interesting people, many of whom have themselves grappled with major problems and who bring with them a range of experience. Home Instead seems to be a flexible organisation, dedicated to understanding and answering people's needs and, after only a few weeks of care, I would without hesitation recommend it to others.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you are pleased with the care and support you have received from Home Instead. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalised care, and it's incredibly rewarding to know that their efforts have made a positive difference in your life.
I am perfectly satisfied with the service provided. My requests are always fulfilled and I am very grateful for the assistance offered (e.g. being taken to visit my husband in the Nursing Home and to do my supermarket shopping, etc).
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive feedback. We are truly pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the service provided and that we are able to assist you with important tasks like visiting your husband and doing your supermarket shopping.
Home Instead has been providing excellent care to my mother-in-law since the beginning of the 2024. They have taken time to find a good match between the carers and her interests and likes and ensure (as far as possible) that it is these carers who visit her on a regular basis. They provide excellent communication with the wider family and we really feel she is in capable hands. My mother-in-law is extremely happy with the support she is receiving and based on our experiences I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Home Instead to others.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that your mother-in-law has had such a positive experience with Home Instead. I contacted Home Instead as my mum had just started dialysis and I was going away the week after. Someone came around a few days later to assess my mum's needs and started the help a week later. They took my mum to her dialysis sessions and picked her up and then stayed with her for an hour to help with any jobs or do her lunch. Fabulous service and felt comforted to know someone was there with my mum while I was away. Being able to see the daily reports online was also very good. Highly recommend.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and positive review! We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience with our services, especially during a time that can be challenging. It's wonderful to know that our team was able to support your mum with her dialysis sessions and assist her at home, giving you peace of mind while you were away.
The standard of care was second to none. My mum thoroughly enjoyed having them here, they were wonderful to her and tended to all her needs. I would highly recommend it. They always arrived with a smile and were eager to do whatever was needed or wanted! One lady was the main carer and she was so attentive to my mother, I couldn't have asked for more. I don't know the other lady, I know she was a doctor, she was also wonderful. The service is exemplary. Thank you very much for giving me peace of mind while I had a break.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt feedback. We are truly touched to hear how much your mother enjoyed our care, and it means a great deal to know that we were able to provide her with the attention and support she needed. Our team takes great pride in offering compassionate and attentive service, and it's wonderful to know that both Care Professionals made such a positive impact.
Staff are bright, kind and caring and go above and beyond to make sure that my mum feels happy and has everything she needs to make the rest of her day comfortable. They take their time to talk with her and are patient and help with the little things that she may be struggling with on that particular day.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly touched to hear that our staff's efforts to ensure your mum's comfort and happiness are making a positive difference. It's our privilege to care for her, and we're glad that the little things we do are helping to brighten her day. Your feedback means the world to us.
Mum is really pleased with the visits she receives. Initially just an hour a day, 4 days a week, but then increased to 5 so that Mum was visited every day that we were in work. In just 2 months we have seen a significant improvement in Mum's wellbeing. The carer is always on time, completes household chores as needed and sits for a coffee and a chat, which means so much to Mum, now she knows she'll always see someone every day.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that your mum is enjoying the visits and that they've made such a positive impact on her wellbeing. We truly appreciate your trust in us and are here to support your mum in any way we can!
It is very early in connection with Home Instead having only had two visits so far and difficult to assess. However, I cannot fault the two carers' personalities and help and this allowed the easy acceptance of my wife who for some time has been resistant to having someone she doesn't know in the home. I am sure that the carer will gain more of my wife's trust as time goes on and will make a huge contribution to her wellbeing.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Home Instead. We're thrilled to hear that your first two visits have gone smoothly and that our carers' personalities and assistance have made a positive impression on you and your wife. It is an absolute pleasure to support such a lovely couple.
Both individuals were and are very caring and professional.
The carer has warmed to the client and assists in every way possible and adheres to her needs.
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive feedback. We're delighted to hear that you have been pleased with both the carer and the overall admission process. It's wonderful to know that the carer has built a strong rapport with the client and is meeting their needs with such dedication and professionalism.
Mum and Dad are very pleased with the visits they have received. The caregiver is friendly and polite. She is always on time. She carries out required tasks to a good standard and takes extra care to finish tasks promptly. This is a new experience for Mum and Dad but so far they are finding the visits helpful.
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive feedback! We are thrilled to hear that your parents are pleased with the visits and that our Care Professional has made a positive impression. It's wonderful to know that she is not only friendly and polite but also punctual and diligent in her...
Mum absolutely loves her visits from the companion. It is her opportunity to have company, someone who will help her to do the things she wants to do and to go to the places she wants to go. I live a very long way away, and it is so reassuring to know that someone will call in and spend time with her. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that your mum enjoys her visits from the companion. It's our pleasure to ensure she has the company and support she needs to do the things she loves and visit the places she wants to go. We understand how important it is for you to have...
Good overall experience. My father who uses the care service, is very happy with the care given. Always happy to go the extra mile. Very caring and helpful. I have been present for some of the visits and I found them to be wonderful and happy to sometimes just chat, which is what my dad needs.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review. We are pleased that you are finding the service helpful and Dad enjoys his visits from the Care Professionals as I know they enjoy chatting with Dad, especially about his younger days.
I've always found the care givers to be well matched to my aunties personality and as a result she develops a great friendship with them. Communication with management and office staff is very easy and response is fast. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you for your kind words and for leaving this lovely review. I know your aunt has developed a great friendship with the Care Professionals and it is an absolute pleasure to support such a lovely family.
Mum and Dad have been cared for now for over 10 months. They have come to rely on the carer who visits every weekday morning and helps them start the day. While her primary responsibility is Dad, helping him through a period of illness with the morning routine, she has also been very kind with Mum giving much-needed companionship and offering practical help with tasks too much for her limited mobility. We have been so lucky to find a professional and dedicated carer and this one is now firmly in place as a trusted friend. Her daily reports as to their welfare are ever so reassuring and inform the frequency of my visits and tasks. Thank you to the carer.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review, I know your care professional thinks the world of Mum and Dad and really enjoys her visits with them. We are the lucky ones to have such a lovely family on board with us.

Residing in Bridgend with his wife and children, Ben is dedicated to forging community connections and identifying individuals in need of our support. His academic background in Accounting at Lancashire University laid the groundwork for a multifaceted career, including financial consultancy and property investment.
Ben's motivation to begin operating in the care sector began following a poignant personal experience — witnessing the inadequate care available to his 98-year-old grandfather living with dementia, an area of expertise for Home Instead. Ben was most displeased by the task-oriented approach to care, as he strongly believed in the need to recognise clients as individuals and provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Motivated by a desire to redefine care standards, Ben established a Swansea branch of Home Instead. Here, the emphasis lies in person-centred care meticulously crafted to meet each client's unique needs and desires.
Recognising Home Instead's unparalleled commitment to compassion and individualised care, Ben was drawn to its distinctive approach, where service quality takes precedence above all else.
