Home Instead’s carers helped us to keep dad at home with care and dignity. Their positive attitude and professionalism was such a support to our family, and we really appreciated their work. We can highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for a care agency.
Thank you for your kind words, it was our privilege to support Dad.
All the Home Instead staff have made the journey to providing care and companionship for my aunt so much easier. They are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful whenever I call and respond promptly. Nothing is too much trouble. A great team, thank you.
Thank you for your kind words about our service and team. We understand how daunting the process can be when looking for support, which is why we do all we can to support families.
The caring standard is exceptional and Mum has come on leaps and bounds with her confidence and her speech which has really made a difference.
Thank you SO much.
Thank you for your kind words! I am glad to hear that we have put you and mum at ease and Mum has her confidence back.
Very personal and thoughtful care experience for my mother. Always on time, chatty and friendly, my mum now thinks of at least one of her carers as a friend. It is really great for me that I don’t have to worry about calling on her each morning, knowing that someone is with her when she gets up and has a good start to her day.
Thank you for the kind words; it's lovely to hear that mum and the caregiver have a great relationship.
They were reliable, friendly and caring and made my sisters and I feel that Mum was safe in their hands.
The office staff were always available to answer any questions we had, and the invoices were clear and timely.
Thank you for your kind words and you felt that Mum was in safe hands.
My parents have always been quite set in their minds that they did not want to have home care however as Mum's health has deteriorated and with only myself (their daughter) to rely on Dad finally realised that we needed some support going forward for them to be comfortable at home. From the first contact, I must say Home Instead has been brilliant. The process to put a care plan in place, the risk assessment visit, the following implementation of the plan, communication and level of care given has been outstanding. It has only been a few weeks but the support and care have already made a world of difference not only to Mum and Dad but also to myself as I was struggling and worried about not being able to give them the support they needed. The caregivers have been excellent and go above and beyond my expectations and even just a few weeks into the plan, we would be lost without them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to anyone considering home care services.
Thank you so much for your review and for the kind words. We are happy to support Mum and Dad and yourself and we glad to hear that it has made a difference already.
It has been a huge relief for Mum and also the family to have the support of the carers and know they are calling in. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and Mum looks forward to their visits.
Thank you for your kind words. I am glad that the service has helped Mum and your family. Thank you.
I am extremely pleased with the care provided. Up to this point, she has had extremely good carers. I feel she is very fortunate to be with a nice caring firm. Even though the carers have changed over the last year there has been no break in the service provided.
Thank you for the kind words. I am pleased that you are happy with the staff that have gone in. Thank you.
First impressions do go a long way. Home Instead has provided an excellent standard from the first assessment through to providing an excellent carer. The standard of care is wonderful. The carer which we have been given for our first week of care genuinely is interested in what she is doing and goes the extra mile during each visit. Highly recommend.
Thank you for providing lovely feedback. I am so pleased that you are happy with the care staff that have gone in. Thank you.
I live far away and it puts my mind at rest knowing he is so well looked after, especially during Covid times when I was unable to visit him. Thank you so much Home Instead.
Thank you for your kind words. It's great to hear that Dad loves the caregivers who attend. We are happy to support. Thank you.
My mum has only two visits a week at present but she looks forward to the girls visiting and she likes everyone that they have sent so far. They are generally bubbly and chatty which is what mum likes and needs. We have been using them for about 2 years and I have recommended them to my friends who have elderly parents.
This is a very good service, they have been able to adjust to accommodate various needs. Staff are very supportive and professional carers. When we have had an issue with an unwelcome caller, the care and support from the professionals was superb. Very grateful.
Thank you for your kind words, it's a pleasure to care for Mum and it's been lovely talking to you.
I live in America and my brother in London, so on my last visit in early 2019, we contacted Home Instead to care for our now 90-year-old Mum which ended up being so fortunate with how the last 2 years turned out with Covid-19. They have been amazing, it is such a relief knowing they will show up every day and spend quality time with Mum, checking on her every need with such patience and understanding. They are a phone call or email away with an extremely prompt response time. We recently had a review of Mum’s capabilities and have decided Home Instead will now prepare her meals. Again, another seamless transition allowing Mum to stay in her home. The careers who visit Mum are so lovely, they go above and beyond, it’s so nice to see Mum engaging and having a giggle. We could not be happier with Mum’s care. Home Instead is very professional and their client’s well being is definitely their priority. I highly recommend Home Instead if you are considering care for a loved one.
Thank you for your kind words. It is a pleasure to support mum. It's been lovely talking to you.
I am extremely grateful to Home Instead for providing such an exemplary service over several years for my 96-year-old mum who has vascular dementia. As both my brother and I live abroad, this care has been even more crucial with the recent pandemic preventing us from travelling and the introduction of the client portal has been a valuable tool to monitor Mum and the care that she receives. The consistency of Mum's carers has been amazing and she has formed strong relationships with them, they have been so perfectly matched to her personality and needs. The carers go above and beyond what is expected and nothing is too much trouble to ensure Mum's happiness and comfort, this has enabled her to continue an active and independent life in her own home environment. I highly recommend Home Instead.
Thank you for your review and your kind words. It has been our pleasure to be part of your mum's journey and our CAREGivers look forward to visiting her. We are happy that you find our Client portal beneficial especially during the pandemic.
Get on well with the care person. The care person is very helpful and proficient.
Thank you for submitting the review, we really appreciate your feedback and are happy that you have a good relationship with your CAREGiver.
I cannot praise the care received from Home Instead highly enough. We were lucky that Mum's carer started just before the pandemic, I do not know how we would have managed otherwise. Mum's carer is kind, thoughtful, has built a wonderful relationship with us both and helped an elderly lady cope with her grief after losing her husband of over 50 years. Fabulous care, support and service.
Thank you for your kind words, it is a pleasure supporting mum.
A godsend for me and my sister. I live in Bristol and my sister lives in Guildford. We both think that my aunt would be more confused and forgetful if she was moved away from her home. Everybody seems to be so kind and caring.
Home Instead have cared for my mum for around 8 years. Their service is exemplary, the carers are thoughtful, caring and hardworking, and some have become good friends to my Mum. Home Instead's charges are expensive compared to other care providers, but for my Mum this is worth it to know she will be getting such a good service.
Thank you for your kind words, it has been our pleasure supporting your mum. We feel privileged to have built such a lovely relationship with her.
My father is visited on an hourly basis twice a week by caring and diligent ladies provided by this company. Any task asked of them is carried out willing and with the utmost respect to my father. I highly recommend this company due to their reliability and their rate of communication with myself about any changes to his carers is first class which in itself leads to confidence in their ability to take care of dad.
Thank you for your kind words, it is a pleasure to support dad. Always lovely talking to you.
Since contacting Home Instead last year they have been fantastic, efficiently sorting out care providers quickly for my mum, matching the care providers with my mum so that they have mutual interests and being flexible when we have needed to swap days or cover appointments. The standard of the care providers is above and beyond and my mum's lockdown periods have been dramatically improved by their care and support. Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words, we are happy to care and support mum.

Meet the Team (10)
Residing in Bridgend with his wife and children, Ben is dedicated to forging community connections and identifying individuals in need of our support. His academic background in Accounting at Lancashire University laid the groundwork for a multifaceted career, including financial consultancy and property investment.
Ben's motivation to begin operating in the care sector began following a poignant personal experience — witnessing the inadequate care available to his 98-year-old grandfather living with dementia, an area of expertise for Home Instead. Ben was most displeased by the task-oriented approach to care, as he strongly believed in the need to recognise clients as individuals and provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Motivated by a desire to redefine care standards, Ben established a Swansea branch of Home Instead. Here, the emphasis lies in person-centred care meticulously crafted to meet each client's unique needs and desires.
Recognising Home Instead's unparalleled commitment to compassion and individualised care, Ben was drawn to its distinctive approach, where service quality takes precedence above all else.
