My step mother has settled in excellently with each of the three carers assigned to her. She looks forward to their visit every day. The quality and communication is excellent and we are both very happy with the service.
Many thanks for your lovely review, I am glad that your step mother looks forward to her Care Professionals visiting and you are both happy with the service that we provide. I know the staff are very fond of your step mum and have built up a lovely relationship with her.
Home Instead replied to my husband's query for in-home care very promptly. Within less than a week my mother-in-law had the required care in situ. We now have a small team of carers looking after my mother-in-law three times a day, seven days a week, and she is extremely happy and comfortable with the care she is receiving. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found such a professional, efficient and caring in-home care provider.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Home Instead. We are delighted to hear that we were able to respond promptly to your husband's query and swiftly arrange the necessary care for your mother-in-law. It's heart-warming to know that she is very happy and comfortable with the dedicated team of carers attending to her needs.
The carer has done everything we've asked for and cooked delicious meals for my parents. We leave a note on the fridge with what to cook and my parents are happy with their meals. They also like her very much.
Thank you for taking the time and leaving this lovely review, it is an absolute pleasure to support your parents
My father has been a client for just under a year, I cannot thank enough the carers and all support and office staff for their care, support and compassion looking after Dad. Any changes or extra assistance required was always dealt with efficiently and professionally, we recently needed to alter certain arrangements over the Christmas period which contact was easily available and changes were made with no fuss at all. Dad's condition has changed, which now requires admittance to a care home. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in need of care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. It's been our privilege to care for your father over the past year. We're truly grateful for your kind words about our carers, support staff, and office team. We understand that adapting to changes can be challenging, especially during...
Very pleased with the level of care and support provided by Home Instead. All the carers have been punctual, friendly and helpful, building good relationships with mum. Access to the online care log is invaluable, particularly as we live away.
We are incredibly grateful to you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, it is a pleasure to support Mum and I know she is thought of very fondly not only by ourselves but all the staff that visit also.
Your staff are loving and caring, you can sense that for them this is a labour of love. No request is too much, and the skill with which carers are paired with the client is nothing short of amazing. My father-in-law has dementia and can be quite difficult at times, but his carer has managed to bring him out of himself. We could not be more happy.
Thank you for your kind words and your time for leaving this lovely review. I know staff have thoroughly enjoy their visits so far and thank you for entrusting ourselves with your dad-in-law, we are here to support both in every way that we can.

To be able to log onto the account while abroad and see the carer's comments was so reassuring.
The service not only gave me a break but gave my daughter independence. Thank you all.
We are so grateful for your review, thank you for sharing this with us and if you need our support in the future then please don't hesitate to get in contact with us.
Find the service very friendly, and adaptable to my brother-in-law's needs. Able to phone office and get help almost immediately, very understanding to clients needs, would recommend this service to others if asked. As my brother-in-law is now on his own, it is a comfort to know he is having contact with someone reliable a few days a week. Nothing is too much trouble for the helper, and he is very satisfied with the service.
Thank you Jean for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. It is our pleasure to support your brother-in-law, and we are so glad that our service provides you with some peace of mind. We are always here when you need us.
Mum is very satisfied with the professional care provided and looks forward to her daily visits. Carers are always cheerful and polite. Mum likes the fact she usually has the same carer at the same time of day.
Thanks for a great review. We are so glad to hear that Mum is happy!

Residing in Bridgend with his wife and children, Ben is dedicated to forging community connections and identifying individuals in need of our support. His academic background in Accounting at Lancashire University laid the groundwork for a multifaceted career, including financial consultancy and property investment.
Ben's motivation to begin operating in the care sector began following a poignant personal experience — witnessing the inadequate care available to his 98-year-old grandfather living with dementia, an area of expertise for Home Instead. Ben was most displeased by the task-oriented approach to care, as he strongly believed in the need to recognise clients as individuals and provide high-quality, compassionate care.
Motivated by a desire to redefine care standards, Ben established a Swansea branch of Home Instead. Here, the emphasis lies in person-centred care meticulously crafted to meet each client's unique needs and desires.
Recognising Home Instead's unparalleled commitment to compassion and individualised care, Ben was drawn to its distinctive approach, where service quality takes precedence above all else.
