I like having the same carers each time. She knows where everything is and knows my likes and dislikes. My carer is friendly and very helpful.
I have had excellent service over a number of years.
I can happily testify to the sentiments of many other reviews. Home Instead has been hugely responsive and flexible, quickly putting in place additional support and care after my mother had a fall at home. It felt like we had nowhere to turn. Home Instead immediately responded to my calls and developed a new and expanded care plan. On its own that helped tremendously but the fact, the carers have all been so fabulous has been the real bonus and helped us all feel better during a traumatic period.
Very satisfied with everything.
Very kind and understanding, always willing to get involved and make suggestions to improve care provision. They developed a good relationship and always made my parents feel at ease.
All my help and care from staff and carers has been excellent. I feel very pleased to have been with such a high quality of care. Always willing to offer to do things for me.
The office is well run with excellent client communication. The caregivers are excellent, being professional, caring, reliable and trustworthy. I found Home Instead (Norwich) keen to help me in providing the best care cover for my bed-bound 91-year-old Mum, being flexible if I needed to change the amount of care cover, carry out specific tasks: feed Mum's cat or the like. If you want some of the best care to enable a loved one to stay at home, I recommend Home Instead.
The support, help and care given to my father has been fantastic. All the team are very efficient and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff member who arranged the care initially carefully matched the caregivers to my father's interests. The caregivers always arrived on time and were very thoughtful, kind and caring and built a very good relationship very quickly. The companionship and care was much appreciated by my father and myself. I would thoroughly recommend Home Instead.
The team from Home Instead (Norwich) have been fantastic for my 95-year-old Dad - given him companionship and lots of things to talk about as well as good personal care. They have never rushed him and he has definitely benefitted from engaging with them. The assessor spent time to find out what my Dad's interests are and matched his caregivers to him very well. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
All my carers have arrived on time, have been kind, courteous and efficient.
All the carers are kind, knowledgeable and friendly.
Home Instead always makes contact with my sister and/or I if they have a concern about our dad. Their caregivers are warm, caring people who will not leave someone who is unwell and needing their help or support. They keep us informed and will monitor our dad more closely until they are confident he is better. We really value their service to our dad, they support him to continue to live the independent life he wants to lead.
All our mum's needs are catered for in a sensitive and professional way. We have complete confidence that carers will attend Mum, which is so good as we live a distance away. Mum really enjoys seeing familiar faces regularly, and relies on them for all kinds of care. The carers are easily contactable and as relatives we are closely engaged with Home Instead, and carers are friendly, happy and take trim to listen.
My carer does all I ask and sometimes more. She is always happy. I can find no fault in her.
It took a while to get used to - now I am more than satisfied in my second month.
Excellent personal service. Caregivers are competent, cheerful and willing to give help as requested. Without their help, I would not be able to stay in my own home, especially now that I am losing my sight.
She introduced herself to my mum as well as myself.
She asked pertinent questions and gave plenty of time for me to answer and to ask my own questions.
The overall care given by Home Instead is outstanding compared with previous caregivers!
All the carers seem to be punctual, diligent and love my mum's best interests at heart. My mum is able to make decisions herself about meal choices etc. She is involved in making her lunch and changing the bed etc - which is very important for her independent character.
I live a considerable distance away and needed to find an agency that I could rely on that would offer me peace of mind.
They are very thorough, reliable and always ready to help.
Dad's main carer has become like a friend to him which has been invaluable to both my Dad and me.
Home Instead are helping to enable people to remain in their own home which can only be a good thing in these uncertain times.
I have been very impressed with the CAREgivers provided to help my 93-year-old Mother. Not only do they provide daily companionship and see that she eats a proper lunch, a visit to my Mother's house by 2 suspicious men, was reported very promptly by the CAREgiver who witnessed the incident, to her boss who then rang me. I live 150 miles away from my Mother and I was able to make arrangements to visit her urgently to sort the ensuing issue out. I have enjoyed excelled communication with Home Instead Senior Care (Norwich) since I engaged them to help my Mother and I would recommend them to others wholeheartedly.
Easily contactable.
Continuity of care delivered by a very pleasant, friendly and helpful lady who assisted my Mum with anything she needed help with. She also respected my mum's rights as an individual capable of making choices and allowing her to do so. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
Holiday cover carers were inconsistent but all were pleasant and approachable.
