Dad has been using Home Instead (Southampton) for well over a year now and as a family, we have been delighted with the care he has received. He has a regular team of carers who are all lovely, kind and very professional their care has enabled Dad to stay in his own home and still live independently. I would like to thank everyone for all their hard work and dedication in looking after Dad.

I have been particularly impressed and grateful for the team's responsiveness to Dad's needs when the team have gone above and beyond on a number of occasions.

The team at Home Instead (Southampton) have supported my parents for almost a year and a half now, and in that time have shown huge compassion and care towards them, really getting to know them, and treating them as the individuals that they are. When my mum sadly passed away recently, the Care Professionals worked hard to support her, my dad and us as a family, often adapting her care at short notice to meet her increasing needs. They treated her with great kindness and dignity, making her final weeks easier for us all. They continue to support my dad, adapting to his new needs and showing genuine empathy. He told me recently that they're like family to him - this gives us huge peace of mind. I can't recommend Home Instead highly enough. They're marvellous.

Over the years, Home Instead has provided excellent carers who have given me great service along with friendship and care. I could not remain in my house without them. I can recommend this company to anyone needing help in their home.

Home Instead provide an incredible service to my dad, regularly going above what is expected. They are quick to respond to any change in needs and regularly review to ensure the right level of care is in place. But most importantly the caregivers care and always do what is best for dad.

The Home Instead team are compassionate and caring. They help Mum with her aches and pains and suggest ideas to make her life more comfortable. They are also extremely professional. They take responsibility for day-to-day activities and chores and use initiative when they see something that needs doing. Mum would certainly not be able to stay at home without the support of Home Instead.

The team that look after my father are excellent professionals. Supervisor and three care professionals. These team members are a credit to Home Instead, so grateful for their help.

I do not know where we would be without Home Instead and their wonderful carers. Everyone is without exception caring and kind. Also so professional, noticing changes in Mum's condition speedily so that we can be proactive in seeking early help from GP/District Nurse etc. They are there in times of crisis and always supportive and going over and above what you might expect. I cannot recommend you highly enough. You are enabling Mum to stay as safe as she can be in her own home which is what she wants. Well done Home Instead.

My father has been part of the Home Instead 'extended family' for over two years. As his needs have changed the service that he receives has been adjusted to enable him to live well in his own home. As a whole family, we continue to be reassured and impressed by your genuine care, friendliness and high professional standards. We additionally hear of much enjoyment and humour during the visits each day! I admire the way that through the portal notes I can also get to know your exceptional team - whom you have carefully matched to my father's needs and interests. Through some challenging years, I congratulate Home Instead for providing such a steady presence in my father's life. Thank you so much!

Home Instead have been a lifeline. They have provided excellent care and support for my Dad since 2018. They have also been there for us, Dad's family, offering help, comfort and peace of mind if needed. I have the highest of praise for all the staff at Home Instead. From the managers to the support team at Headquarters to the dedicated care givers who have looked after Dad so well. Over the years they have maintained a very high standard of service including the very difficult Covid period.

The staff have kept her safe and have shown great kindness, even going above and beyond in making sure she enjoys her shopping trips and other little treats. I am impressed with the leadership and am grateful that I am kept up to date and that we can share opinions and thoughts. When required any action is taken straight away.

I would strongly recommend the Home Instead service, but in addition to that one of my biggest clients who are also a franchise domiciliary care providers have told me that Home Instead are very well respected in the industry, and my wife’s colleague (NHS) has used them for her mother.

All of my family have been consistently impressed with the high level of service and care provided by both the staff delivering care to our mother at her home and also the office support staff. Being able to deliver the flexible care our mother needs as well as being so genuinely caring is very reassuring to us as a family as we all live some distance from Mum. The Annual Review just undertaken again demonstrated that Home Instead provide the care that is needed with compassion and professional standards that are of the highest quality.

My review reflects the ongoing care that Home Instead have provided for my Mother and Father (Latter RIP 2018) over the last 8 years and continue to do so. It’s wonderful; Very carefully sensitive and very warmly done whilst being very efficient and thus reassuring for my siblings and I, who all live at least 90 minutes away. The team have been quick to spot and flag up any changes in behaviour that might need addressing e.g. UTI. as well as helping my Mother to get her Covid vaccinations despite backlogs at the GP. Thank you very much.

We absolutely love our time together at the Memory Café! I consider it to be the best quality time I spend with Mum now, where we laugh and have fun together, and she is just like my old Mum! I am so grateful for this resource, and the support it gives me as a family Carer.

I am very pleased with all aspects of my care plan. All the carers help me a great deal and if there is something that needs doing they will do it for me if they have time that is allotted to me. If not they will do it on their next visit.

I am very pleased with my girls. They are so helpful.
