Very pleased with the level of service provided. This means my sister can stay in her own home which she couldn't do otherwise. The carers who come in are warm, friendly and empathic. They go above and beyond. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to complete our review card, I will pass on your comments to the team who support your sister.
Mixed review - some very good carers and other carers who do not care. some carers do not seem to know their responsibilities and others seem to suit themselves about the times of visits.
We will monitor times and tasks, if you have any more concerns please contact the office and speak with your Co-ordinator.
In the five-plus years, my mum has utilised HRM Homecare Services, the staff who provide direct, hands-on care are excellent. Compassionate, caring, friendly, helpful staff who have my mum's interests and care at the heart of their work. Sadly, the continued poor communication and interactions from local office/staff based here remain a bugbear and have never really improved. Such a shame that the office/management layer lets down the excellent direct care given.
Thank you for completing the review card. HRM are delighted that you have given such positive feedback to the staff that provides your mum's care. HRM are disappointed that you feel the office has let you down. Can you give the office a call and hopefully we can resolve any issues that you may have.
Fantastic care, lovely carers.
Thank you very much for your positive comment and taking the time to fill in the review card. I will ensure the support staff are made aware of your lovely comment.
The carers that visit my mother on four occasions each day are friendly, appear most helpful and treat Mum with respect whilst carrying out their duties of care. Not all, but most, provide a full update on the visit which I can see from the app. We have a whiteboard for any updates or requirements and the carers regularly use them for any incidents of note or shopping requirements, more importantly they will regularly phone one of the family if anything requires immediate action. As a family, we are grateful for the care and attention my mother receives and the knowledge that her medication is being provided at the proper intervals and she is eating regularly.
Thanks for your feedback, I will pass on your feedback to the team.
Happy with the service provided. The carer who comes in the morning is always at a time which suits my dad, he also comes in the evening at a time which suits my dad. The carer also takes the time to spend a few minutes chatting which my dad appreciates.
Thank you very much for taking the time to fill in the review card. HRM are delighted that your father is experiencing good quality care from our dedicated and empathic support staff. I will ensure that the support staff are made aware of your positive feedback.
Good staff, friendly, caring, efficient and helpful. Keeping to time and consistency of personnel is very important to me. Privately purchased cleaning services really help me to live in my home. Thank you.
I am really happy to hear our services are helping you to continue to live happily within your own home.
I will pass your thanks on to the team.
In the main, very happy with my 91-year-old mum's carers. The majority are extremely attentive to my mum and are extremely caring and thoughtful. There is one carer, however, who cannot cook and does the minimum she has to do. She is very rough and is often in and out in five minutes. My mum won't let her wash her due to her being rough and rushing her. Mum has even had to show her how to make a sandwich! Such a shame as the other carers are angels.
Thank you very much for completing the review card. HRM sincerely apologise that you are having a negative experience with a particular support worker. Can you call our office on 01236 429 859 to resolve this issue.
The carers visiting my parents are always very friendly, helpful and respectful towards them. I am very grateful that they visit my parents three times a day to help with medications and if they have any concerns during their visit I am given a call straight away.
I will pass the positive feedback onto the team who support your mum.
Everything was going well but lately but the carer stopped prompting Mum to take her medication. As she has dementia, this means she stops taking it. The care plan details the requirements but visits are so short they are in and out without ever checking.
Thank you very much for filling in the review card. A Care Officer will be in contact immediately to arrange a care review. I will notify the Service Manager for this service.
The girls who look after my mum goes above and beyond the job. They care for my mum so much. My mother speaks of them highly and personally, I don't know what I would do if there wasn't so much care. I don't need to worry about the standard of care she is receiving. 5 *
Thank you for your review. It is lovely to hear the positive impact that care at home has had on your mum, I will pass this on to the team who support her.

Although it is early days in the care of my brother, so far, everything has been very professional and caring. Hopefully, this will continue, which I am sure it will. The staff explained everything to us very clearly.

The care officer was polite and friendly throughout the review call, and was informative throughout, an excellent service. This is my first interaction with the home care provider and I was thoroughly impressed by the care shown throughout the call.

The Carers at HRM look after my mother since coming home from a 7 month stay in hospital. They have treated my mother with genuine care, and she enjoys seeing the carers and having a conversation with them during their visits throughout the day. Not only is my mother treated with dignity with physical care but the interaction with the carers through conversation helps enormously and we appreciate that from the girls.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete the review card. We are delighted that your mother's experience of her care by HRM is a positive one. We will ensure that the carer's are made aware of your lovely feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review card, I am happy to hear you are satisfied with the care and support provided by HRM.
The Carers at HRM Homecare looked after my dad after he had come home from hospital, and I can honestly say that the care and support which my dad received was world class. He was visited 4 times a day, and my dad genuinely looked forward to every visit - calling the carers "his girls", and building a strong relationship in such a short space of time. Had we as a family been able to hand-pick a team of individuals to look after my dad, we could not have chosen anyone better. Thank you so much to everyone involved, we will be forever grateful.
Firstly HRM would like to pass on our condolences to you and your family. It was an absolute pleasure to have provided care to your father. The support workers held your father in such high regard and very sad to have learned of his passing.
Regular reviews are discussed professionally with care and respect and requests are always implemented into daily visits.
Professional service, helpful staff and fully supported care plan.
