Social Care is facing an unprecedented national recruitment shortage in both the statutory, third and independent sectors and we are also still in the grips of a global pandemic. Unfortunately, as a result, staff shortages and amendments to allocated times for care visits are a sectoral wide issue in the present climate. HRM have however ensured that every service user has received their visits throughout this particularly difficult time.
