Fantastic, carers are very nice and accommodating. The only thing wrong is the time of arrival in the morning is meant to be here at ten, but not arriving till 12 noon.
On speaking to our service user he did confirm that the variation to his morning time was a one-off when his scheduled support worker was held up at an emergency at the home of her previous service user. He appreciates and understands this couldn't be helped and he confirmed he is extremely happy with his carers, times and the services we provide.
Excellent care workers attend to my mother's requirements. Any issues they leave small notes where I deal with any issues.
My dad has only been receiving this care for a month so can only base it on care so far. All the girls have been friendly. Anything you ask they have supported on the matter if they can.
Great to hear our service is so greatly valued and the work we do is appreciated.
My mother is very happy with the carers and the support they give.
Agreed service delivered daily to a good standard.
I am delighted with the care and review meetings.
To date, the service has been excellent. It has helped both my Dad and the family in a major way with the current care being provided. Things are becoming more difficult as time goes on and we are hopeful of further assistance being provided by HRM due to their input to date.
Carers have built up a relationship with my Uncle and treat him with dignity and respect. They all ensure he is fed well and provide gentle encouragement regarding personal hygiene. The shopping service is a real lifesaver for us.
My father is happy with his overall experience with HRM. Consistency of carers is his main concern and that is ok most of the time. He has no real issues with HRM and likes the care staff very much.
Happy with the care provided.
Satisfied with the care provided.
She is happy and relaxed with her carers. She needs continuity.
I am disabled and for the most part, housebound. They each help me with any household chores and I thoroughly enjoy a chat and share the humorous side of family life, which acts better than any medication. I look forward to my visits from each carer on the morning visits, who provide a valuable service.
Great to hear our service is so greatly valued.
Present carers are pleasant and very capable. Queries to the office have been dealt with in an efficient manner. I do, however, find the constant turnover of staff so difficult to cope with - although lately, things seem to be improving.
As in all jobs we do get people that want to move onto pastures new and unfortunately all don't give us the proper notice to allow us time to fill the positions. We do try to keep continuity with all our services where we can even if its just for a short time until we recruit the right people for the role.
I am pleased with the carers assisting with my bath.
Service very good.
The care providers are excellent in every regard. They have extended my Mums ability to live an independent life. They are courteous and caring in their visits.
Service is good, mother is happy with it and the review procedure is good.
Good, friendly staff, need them for help and chat which helps my mood lots.
Our carers are very good with my wife, would be very happy with continuing with our carers as we have been well looked after by them.
