Thank you so much for reviewing our service. Unfortunately the time allocated to complete tasks is not something we are responsible for this is down to the local authority however we can certainly look into this now it has been brought to our attention.
Concerns were rectified and a weekly schedule is now sent. Unfortunately, due to carers' shift patterns, it is not always possible to provide the same carer all day every day but we do aim to provide continuity where we can.
We do advise if times are being changed as your needs are very important to us.
The girls are all lovely and my mum looks forward to seeing them every day. Anytime I have had to phone the office about any issues, it has been dealt with
