Carers are exceptional. They look after mum as I would myself with attention to detail and a totally personal approach. They share helpful practical information, work together as a team with the family to keep mum safe and well. We have been well supported and communication is excellent. They make mum's life happy and secure- life is so much better with them involved!!
Had same caregivers for 4 years, everything she does, she does very well and doesn't need to be asked. I am very pleased with the service. Much better than the previous agency.
