I have nothing but positive comments about the team at Home Instead. A team of carers has been assembled to make daily visits to my relative. She is quite reluctant to change and the team is working carefully to build a relationship with her. They are respectful and are finding a perfect balance of approaches to assist her with personal care and keeping her flat tidy.
The management team is always helpful and work to find creative solutions as I live out of the country and having met all parties, I am fully confident that my relative is being well looked after.
