We invest more than most into our office teams to allow them to provide these important extras which has to be reflected in our rates. Thanks for your feedback and explaining how well the service is working for your parents. I do understand your point about our cancellation policy. The reason we do this is that our care professionals commit to visiting particular clients and their rotas which means we're not able to find them alternative work at short notice. Since introducing this policy it has helped our staff retention rates and consistency of staff for our clients which we know is highly valued. Often when visits are cancelled we can offer hospital visits or some other service so you get value for money.
It's great to hear how much your Mum looks forward to her visits with her regular carer and that the occasional subs are lovely too.
