Blue Arrow provided the most outstanding service in supporting my father-in-law and me for a two week period.
Your genuine care, professionalism, proactivity and reliability were a real lifesaver in what were potentially quite difficult circumstances. You were attentive, supportive, friendly and flexible
to our ever-changing needs. Having phoned a few different agencies to find some support, you were the most professional and helpful on the phone and your positive attitude remained a constant in the time you were with us. I'm so glad we engaged with this small, family run business rather than a huge corporation who treat the elderly like numbers. We will miss our visits from you and our dog is very sad too. If I could give you 40 out of 10 on this website, then I would because you went above and beyond. I would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others. Hope to see you around the Kingston area again soon.

The carers are always pleasant and very caring. Twice there have been emergencies and they have stayed long beyond their allotted time until I could arrange for a friend to take over. I live many miles away and am always promptly informed of any concern. They have established a good relationship with
me as well as my relative. The standard of their care is superb.

It was a huge relief to find such a professional and caring organisation to look after my mother following a number of very bad experiences with other “carers”.


Not only are the people at Blue Arrow very knowledgeable about the elderly, their difficulties and how to manage them, but they are warm

and friendly people who go the extra mile to ensure the best possible experience with them - for both the client and their relatives. They are extremely efficient at their job and have kept me regularly in touch with important issues they come across and even remembered to mark my mother’s 93rd birthday with some flowers.


At last, I have confidence that my mother is experiencing proper care. I previously worked as a social worker with the elderly for many years, which meant liaising with carers a lot, so have a lot of experience of this area of work. I am happy to say that Blue Arrow is the very best care agency I have come across and feel very fortunate to have done so.

Blue Arrow really care. They have looked after my aunt for the last couple of months and I know that she is in safe hands and receiving the best care. They have been very helpful as I live a long distance away from my aunt, nothing is too much trouble. They definitely provide the personal touch.

Blue Arrow Care have provided excellent care to my mother, right from my first contact with them when she was due to be discharged from the hospital. The hospital required the carers to be at the property when mum was discharged and kept changing the discharge date and time. Blue Arrow was very flexible
and accommodating, guaranteeing that they would be there whatever time, day or night. Once she was out, they provided superb care on every visit with a small team of carers who all take the effort to get to know mum and the family. It is clear that all the staff are genuinely caring people and will go out of their way to ensure mum is cared for in the best possible way. Highly recommended.

I was so pleased to find Blue Arrow Care for my neighbour. He had reached a critical point in terms of hygiene, diet and quality of life. I was struggling to help with a job and family, but there was no one else. Having the carers making daily visits ensures that he is fed, washed and living in a
clean environment. Importantly it gives him someone to chat to every day too. He is really enjoying their company and looking forward to the trips they offer. Having their care has transformed his appearance, quality of life and positivity.

Blue Arrow Care look after me very well. They send the same carer to every visit which is the manager. We have a great laugh and she comes in every time with a big smile on her face! They do a great job. I've met the director too who is lovely. They are very compassionate, caring and kind. I'm happy
with everyone that comes to visit.

My previous care agency were rubbish, a few were caring but they didn't come on time and left early.
My new carer comes on time, stays her full time, is caring and cheerful. I look forward to seeing her each day, it's so nice to see the same face instead of many faces who can't wait to get away.
My
carer is thoughtful and does a good job, always asks if there is anything else she can so.
We are very pleased with her care and recommend her.

Absolutely delighted with the care package provided by Blue Arrow for my 95-year-old mother.
Very professional but also very caring.
I had previously had no experience regarding elderly care and was naturally apprehensive as the whole process could have been a minefield. However, my worries and
concerns were completely dispelled after contacting Blue Arrow and meeting with them to discuss the care needed and formulating a suitable care package. I would highly recommend Blue Arrow to anyone needing care.

Brilliant care agency. It was wonderful to deal with not only professionals but people who have needed care within their families, they really cared and really showed empathy. This was such a lovely thing to actually receive from a care agency as you would be surprised but I have had bad experiences
in the past with feeling like I was just a client and didn't really feel like the carers cared for me or my family. It was extremely refreshing to know that my family member will be looked after by people that actually care and will build up strong rapports, not just with the clients but the families as well. One gesture I was just blown away with, was the volunteering service that every 4 weeks they will actually pay for a day out to get my family member (do not want to give details) out and about and socialised and all expenses are covered. I have never encountered a service like this. If you are stuck and you feel like you don't know where to turn I was highly recommend blue arrow.
