Home Instead (Leicester, Charnwood, Loughborough & Coalville)

Since Home Instead have been caring for my mother-in-law. Things have been a lot easier in the mornings and at night knowing that someone is there to help put her to bed and help her get up in the mornings.

As far as I am concerned, I am very pleased and happy with the service as a whole. I am cheered up by all the team who come to care for me and look forward to seeing them all. They are all well organised. I feel the staff are chosen exceptionally well to suit me and all are very friendly and professional.

I think the boxes that have been ticked speaks for itself.

I would like to say how surprised I was at the helpfulness of the girls who cared for my dad.

My mother was very reluctant to have a carer in her house when we first suggested it to her. It was, therefore, a great relief when she met and liked her carer. She looks forward to her visits five times a week. The carer has developed an excellent relationship with our mother and has often helped out and been flexible when required, including taking our mother to medical appointments. We are all very pleased with the service that our mother receives and means that she is able to stay in her own home.

Carers come on time. Very friendly and professional. Did everything asked of them with smiles and chat.
