Not impressed. I have complained to the CHC. Apparently, I have to use 200 characters but am not allowed to mention negligence.
We are sorry that you felt this way. As a service, we do all our best to provide a bespoke service for our clients and more than 90% of our clients will attest to that. However, we do understand that the expectations of our clients are different and where some of these expectations are beyond our...
Thank you to the Topkare Team of dedicated carers who made my mother, as comfortable as she could have possibly been in the last weeks of her 94-year life. Such professional, practical skills administered with empathy and respectful dignity for the patient and next of kin present during this difficult time.
The care team display good levels of empathy and do present a cheerful attitude when coming into the house. They always take good care of my mother's needs. They always advise us when running short of materials/creams, etc. so that we can maintain a good level of necessary care with their help. They are always polite and pleasant to my father.
The one activity that annoys me is the carers who smoke stubbing out their cigarettes and leaving them on my driveway instead of placing them in the rubbish bin.
The value for money rating, I have put 'satisfactory' as my wife receives NHS CHC funding so I don't know what is paid.
My Homecare provides professional care with a sympathetic well trained friendly care team for whom we are full of praise. The management team adapt to the changing needs and the carers manage their tasks efficiently and sympathetically whilst respecting our privacy. Timekeeping can be a challenge on the odd occasion, however, a phone call when emergencies arise with the care team is helpful and reassuring.
They were kind, considerate, friendly and very professional. They made a very difficult situation much more bearable. Thank you.
Our live-in carers are very caring people. They are very attentive to my father's needs and take the time to listen to what he is requesting and are always thinking of ways to make him more comfortable. Nothing is too much for them.
