My Homecare (Slough/South Berks and Oxford) offers a quality, first class care service for people who need help and assistance in their own home.

From simple visits where a little help is required, through to full complex care packages, the carers arrive at pre-arranged times and are provided with the time, training and commitment to be able to care for the person. My Homecare also provides 24 hours care and living care services.

Those who, either through illness or injury, require assistance to maintain their well-being, whilst continuing to live in their own home, are supported by My Homecare.

Staff provide a range of care services from domiciliary care,24 hours, night care, cleaning/domestic care and specialist care services including live-in care.

Overall the service is good or very good. The thing that is sometimes missed is parking the hoists on the charging points so that the batteries remain charged.
The one activity that annoys me is the carers who smoke stubbing out their cigarettes and leaving them on my driveway instead of placing them
in the rubbish bin.
The value for money rating, I have put 'satisfactory' as my wife receives NHS CHC funding so I don't know what is paid.

My Homecare provides professional care with a sympathetic well trained friendly care team for whom we are full of praise. The management team adapt to the changing needs and the carers manage their tasks efficiently and sympathetically whilst respecting our privacy. Timekeeping can be a challenge on
the odd occasion, however, a phone call when emergencies arise with the care team is helpful and reassuring.

My homecare was arranged by the hospital for the palliative care of my father. Although they only visited over 6 days I was very impressed with the staff that attended.
They were kind, considerate, friendly and very professional. They made a very difficult situation much more bearable. Thank you.

Our live-in carers are very caring people. They are very attentive to my father's needs and take the time to listen to what he is requesting and are always thinking of ways to make him more comfortable. Nothing is too much for them.
