Thank you so much for your feedback. I know you've already had a conversation with the team about your rota. We've done a spot check of your last 100 visits and can see that on four visits we've had to change your staff member at the last minute. Unfortunately, times can arise when either the member of the team is too ill to come to work or they are dealing with an incident at a previous visit. Our duty team are aware that they must inform anyone of any potential changes and discuss these with the individual before making the change. We will regularly check in with you to ensure our communication is spot on for you. Your comments have already been discussed by the team, and I'll make sure to pass on your other comments to the front-line team. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your comments. Our team really enjoy their days with your son – especially those baking sessions! I've had a chat with our dedicated rota coordinator to check our punctuality stats. The overall punctuality score for the past year is that we've been an average of 13 minutes early. I can see on 2 occasions over the past year, we've been both 40 and 43 minutes late, for this I am sorry – unfortunately this was a knock-on effect from Covid-related absence, but I can see that the team has followed the procedure and notified your son.
