We have been using Walfinch since the diagnosis and are really happy with the level of care the carers provide. In particular, Vishal, who provides a level of care similar to a family member. He is an outstanding individual, compassionate and really caring and is a total asset to the company.
The Carers are always on time and do a very good job. They are very friendly with my mum, thanks Ashvini and Shweta. Keep up the good work

My mothers'experience with Wallfinch has been SUPERB- the staff always arrive in good time and are extremely professional! They pay close attention have studied and continuously monitor my mother's physical; mental and health needs. The day carers are integral in alerting me to vital aspects of my mother's care. The cooperate with myself including other professionals that frequent the home with regard to my mothers care needs. Shraddha and Shivangi are downright reliable- they have built a strong team which has resulted in a seamless Service. Both ladies have 100% Embraced their roles and as a result are indispensable, reliable and trustworthy as individuals with a total heart of dedication to my mum! I have known the carer through a very dear friend of mine who is living with progressive Parkinson and I cannot speak highly enough of him. The love, care and patience he provides is exceptional. He is truly an angel sent. He treats my dear friend as if he were his own family with genuine compassion. He blends with all of us with his warm, approachable with a positive attitude.

This is my first time using Walfinch and they have been so helpful in looking after my Dad following his release from hospital. All members of staff that we have dealt with (from the carers themselves to the ladies in the office on the other end of the phone) have been polite, caring and very understanding to my Dad's situation. They have been a great help and support not only to my Dad but also to myself and my sister as we look after my Dad in his home. Every visit they are happy and supportive and treat Dad with so much care and respect. They have built up a great rapport with him and encourage him to walk with his frame, do exercises to build up his strength as well as drink/eat and even play games with him. All staff have been great but I must give a special mention to a few specific members of staff who are just lovely and a credit to your Company. Thank you!

Wonderful care service, with regular reviews to ensure the client is receiving the right care. All the carers are kind and courteous to both the individual patient and the family. They make great efforts in getting to know what their clients needs and likes, and always tries to accommodate all requests. It doesn't matter how unresponsive the patient us, the carers are always respectful and chatty, making sure every move is pre-informed.

It's a shame the schedule is sent so late on Sunday night.
Apart from that the carer has been very good. They seem well trained and the staff are always contactable.
It's been very positive for us and my mother is happy with the service and have got into a good routine.

They are prompt, caring and friendly. What more can I say that's what you need from a carer. They are better than any other carers I've ever had and I've had several different companies. I don't know what else to write except they are good and we need more care companies like them.

The care provided by Walfinch has been excellent. The carers are able to communicate with the client in their mother tongue which makes it easier for the carer and the client to meet their needs. The care agency and carers always communicate if they are running late. The carers follow the care plan and everything is left clean and tidy. Having this extra support has given us and the family the flexibility to go to work and socialize knowing that the client is looked after. I highly recommend Walfinch to other people.

I have been using Walfinch since March 2022 when my father had a stroke. The carers are all very professional and kind. They were a pleasure to deal with. We received the schedule of carers each week and they were always on time and stayed for the full period. They made us all feel very comfortable and looked after my dad with dignity and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
