We were very happy with the care my husband had during his last few months. The staff were efficient, punctual, hard-working, friendly and kind. We also had full support from the senior management who were extremely professional.

As new users of care services we have found Home Instead to be flexible and accommodating to our requirements. They have made our lives so much easier. They have been thoughtful, attentive, kind and good fun.

This care service is excellent in all ways. The initial setting in is done with thoughtful care to both the user and the client. The carers are chosen and trained with a well-organised backup service and are very sympathetic to the anxieties of the client. My sister in law very much likes all her carers. An effort is made to minimise the number of carers and each is introduced to her. The house looks clean and tidy and the carers always work hard.

A carer has been helping my mum since January 2018. In this time she has helped to make a huge difference and improvement to mum's life and environment. She has provided help around her flat, some shopping tasks and also assisted with her medication. I highly recommend the homecare service.

Home Instead staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, from doing the washing and shopping, to taking my Aunt out for appointments/visits. I live 1 1/2 hours away. It has made things easier knowing my Aunt is well cared for, has daily companionship and assistance.

Home Instead provides a good level of care for the elderly. My mother's carer has a good understanding of her needs and is a compassionate, sympathetic person with a pleasant and patient outlook.

I used Home Instead from 14 November to 10 December. I found it a very, very efficient organisation. Staff on the end of the phone are always responsive, friendly, helpful and interested. The Manager I dealt with is an asset to the company. She matched myself and my carer perfectly. She was a real gem. I could not have been happier to have her to help me when I was at my lowest after my operation. It is not an easy task to match people together. Caring for someone is such a personal thing and takes a certain type of person to be compatible. So far as I was concerned, Home Instead did a marvellous job. I will most certainly recommend the company - as I was recommended to it by two of my friends.

Management staff have been very helpful and responsive whenever we needed information or a change to the schedule. Also pleased to see there are procedures in place to manage issues and various needs which protect the client and help keep good relations with management and the caregiver also. Overall, very professional, polite and courteous. They placed us with a caregiver which has been a great help for both my mother and the caregiver. Not only is she a person of good character but also someone who has been trained and takes pride in their work. Always on time, energetic, honest and caring.

I returned from hospital after treatment for a fall on the underground and required care and supervision with washing and bathing regularly only 3 times a week for 1 hour each time. I chose Home Instead, a local agency recommended by the hospital. I have found their carers to be very courteous and helpful and well worth the experienced service they provided.

I am very pleased with the care and attention that I receive from my carer. She will do anything I ask of her and she is always very willing to do what is required. I am delighted she was chosen to look after me. I was concerned particularly about bathing and I need not have worried - she knew exactly how to do it!

Home Instead Senior Care began in September 2015 initially for my father and latterly for my mother. Sadly my father died November 2016 and my mother February 2017. The loving care provided by everyone at Home Instead has been exemplary - as far as I am concerned going well beyond the call of duty. In fact, I feel that they are a part of my family especially as I lived a long way from my parents.
