Home Instead is a very professional, caring care provider. My husband received the best care one could hope for and they also had time to help me, talk to me. The carers were lovely and friendly and very professional as well as punctual. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for very high-quality care for a loved one.

There is just my mum and myself so I have to add that although Home Instead is primarily carers for my mum. I feel that I have an extended "family" and what they do helps me as well. Thank you.

The carers on the ground provide attentive, tailored care for the individual's needs, there are no problems, just challenges and when these arise the whole team come together to advise and resolve with the best possible solution for the individual. As a family member dealing with dementia, the help and advice from the Home Instead team has been completely invaluable, their experience in the field and personal experience dealing with their own family members who suffer with the same condition gives 1st hand knowledge and gravitas to the conversations you have. Their attention to detail and holistic approach to care, welfare and thought for the family members affected in dealing with their relative’s condition is delivered with clear communication, humour, and affection.

Home Instead has been fantastic with my mum, going above and beyond what I would have expected. She has been matched with really wonderful carers who she now thinks of as friends. Despite forgetting so much, she is always so happy to see them. They make her living at home safe and enjoyable. They let me know if she's unwell or upset; they've even taken her to the GP and liaise frequently with the pharmacy to ensure she gets her tablets. She's been out for trips to the waterpark, walks and gardening with them. On top of this, they give her delicious looking meals and gently nudge her into cleaning herself. They are truly wonderful people, and the company has provided superb service.

From the very start from requesting an initial chat to having a care plan in place, I found the whole team a pleasure to deal with - they understood our needs, formulated a plan and were able to facilitate changes at short notice. My mother soon became very comfortable with the 2 carers who were covering her needs and we found that things just got better and better. Professionalism, flexibility and passion for the care being provided - many thanks for making things far easier for the rest of the family.

I was very impressed with the quality of care provided by Home Instead carers to my Mum in her last months and years and with the service provided by Home Instead as a company over the last couple of years. Home Instead were very focussed on the individual needs and sensitivities of my mum and provided a level of care and service completely targetted to her needs, always following up to check that she was happy and as comfortable as possible. Home Instead was referred to us by a close family friend who had used their services for their mother. From the first meeting with the team, the family knew that my grandma would be well looked after, but above all, respected. With most of the family in the United States, I am the main carer for my grandma, which with two small children and a full-time job can be extremely challenging. Home Instead has been amazing from day one and have put mine and the family's minds completely at rest. Each caregiver genuinely cares. My son is one of Home Instead's younger clients who has benefited 24/7 over the last two years from their excellent and professional service. A good balance has been achieved between care and companionship, and I am particularly impressed by their skill in matching caregiver to client. In my son's case, this has resulted in a small team of reliable and conscientious people who have developed a very good relationship with him and take a proactive approach to his day-to-day wellbeing. I am full of admiration for both the caregivers and the administrative staff, especially during the current challenging circumstances.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Team at Home Instead. The Management and office Team are professional, approachable, obliging, and always willing to help and support in any way that they can. The CAREGivers who look after my Dad are truly wonderful and in my view are very special people. Mere words cannot express my gratitude for what they do each and every day. It gives me great comfort and peace of mind to know that the CAREGivers are there for my Dad, especially at the moment when I can’t visit him due to the unprecedented situation we all find ourselves in. The CAREGivers who attend my Dad are kind, helpful, caring, compassionate, and exhibit great patience and a nurturing approach with him. They are trustworthy and often go over and above what is expected of them to look after him. I know that Dad feels happy and safe in each and every one of his CAREGiver's company. A massive thank you to Dad’s CAREgivers for being there and for doing all that they do.

I am very impressed with the service provided by this care-agency. The manager was so helpful from the beginning to make sure that the care plan was detailed and provided me with so much information about what to expect. The carers who worked with Mum were delightful, and Mum soon regarded them as her friends - after all, she did not need any help! They were very professional, yet cheerful and friendly when discreetly providing Mum with the support she needed. It's a pity that we did not use the agency for longer, after a hospital stay following a fall, it was apparent the Mum could no longer live at home, and she now lives in a care home. The app set up between the family and the carers was a fantastic way of keeping in touch and sharing concerns as well as good news about visits.

Home Instead is a brilliant service. Specifically, it is professional, caring, supportive and flexible. The staff are amazing, clearly very well trained, always very friendly, warm and willing to go the extra mile. I can honestly say that this excellent service has been a lifeline for my elderly mother and also and importantly for us as a family. Caring for family members can be challenging when combined with providing for our own families and working commitments. Trying to remain calm and engaged can be really stressful when balancing competing priorities. Home Instead have not only been of significant practical value but fundamentally they have been a massive emotional support. I have spoken to the owner and members of staff when I have felt confused and upset. They have always given me time, have listened with patience and compassion and demonstrated enormous emotional intelligence. Quite simply this service is first class and long may it continue - My heartfelt thanks.

The regular communications we get from the Owner, the back-office team and the carers themselves both direct and through the app is very reassuring. They are an impressive, very professional outfit and deserve all the credit they get, especially during these challenging CV19 times.

Prior to using Home Instead, we had tried various agencies with little success. However, our experience of Home Instead management and excellent caregivers has been truly exceptional and has given me so much peace of mind. The caregivers go above and beyond what is expected and my mum has responded extremely well to this. On the odd occasion, there have been minor issues and they have been dealt with promptly and effectively. In summary, I cannot thank all the team enough and would just ask that you keep on doing what you have been doing so far.

We are very pleased with the service, care and attention that we are given; both by carers and office staff from Home Instead. Always on time, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Whilst, not the cheapest, I am confident they are the best and are right from my very first phone call with them. I have been impressed, and very happy with the care they give to my brother.

Home Instead went above and beyond while looking after Mum. Initially, the care was provided in her own home, but when she ended up in a residential home, we continued with her care doing companionship visits. These were invaluable both to us (myself and sister) as a family, but also to Mum. Despite Mum's behaviour changes, the carer was never anything but professional. They become an extension of your own family and I'll be forever grateful.
