They are extremely helpful and communicate well. They have done exceptionally well in dealing with a difficult situation. They have always been kind and understanding and very respectful. A member of staff was especially generous in sourcing dominoes for my grandfather, we all felt touched by this. Very nice team of people, my grandmother would recommend them to everyone.

Contacted Home Instead to get help with Mum's care as she has dementia. They provide a great service, and my Mum now has a new friend called 'Mrs Miracle'. We are currently needing more care as 'Mrs Miracle' is having a good impact on Mum and brightens her day.

Following my disappointment with a previous care supplier, I have nothing but praise for all the staff of Home Instead, who have proved themselves as caring, friendly, observant and efficient. Their approach ensures the safety and dignity of the client at all times.

Home Instead has been and continues to be a wonderful care-giver for my mother. If not for Home Instead, she would have to have gone into a home. With the amazing caregivers that come throughout the day, my mother has been able to live in her own home. I cannot praise the caregivers and staff of Home Instead highly enough. They have given me peace of mind.

Home Instead offer a very caring service, where the client really seems to matter. They try to match caregivers to the clients and don't do visits of less than an hour each time so that carers can be thorough and aren't rushed. They pick caregivers that make excellent bonds with the clients. Staff are dedicated and communicative. They regularly have catch ups with clients and their families to check all is working ok. Their systems work well and carers arrive on time and visits are never missed. We've used the daily for over 3 years and we would highly recommend. They are reliable, like your feedback and always want to offer the best service they can. They understand what a client needs and deliver this well. They appropriately share any concerns quickly and effectively with family members. They are head and shoulders above other care service providers we have experienced.

As a family, we have always found them to be extremely helpful, caring and very competent - both the administration support team and the caregivers.

They have ensured all caregivers are mature, friendly and reliable and treat Mum empathetically. They have been able to provide us with the same caregivers at all times to ensure stability with Mum's care and she has built up a lovely relationship with them. This eases our worries as a family whilst having our own commitments - knowing Mum is safe, happy and cared for in her own home where she wants to be.

During a recent illness, Home Instead were able to provide 24-hour care at very short notice so that Mum would not be alone.

We have recommended Home Instead to friends in the same position as ourselves and would have no hesitation in doing so again in the future.

Caregivers are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure both complex and daily care situations are dealt with in a professional and quality manner. Our carer is fantastic she is perfectly suited to my 92-year-old mum who has memory difficulties. They go for lots of walks, shopping and trips which keeps my mum active, this is followed by chatting time and meal preparation. We are very satisfied with the umbrella support from Home Instead Senior Care the follow-ups, reviews etc. I would highly recommend them.

A pleasure to see my two carers each week and I get on with them.

From the outset, it was clear their ethos was to care for " the person" and not just be a "call". Every person who looked after mum was hand-picked to suit mum's needs and personality. The ladies who looked after mum were amazing. With their help, mum was able to stay in her own home for 4 years after being diagnosed.

All care agencies should have to use their format. They went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. If I needed extra help they were there, always on time, always kept me informed etc. I can't recommend them enough. Dementia care is a specialist area and Home Instead have got it so right. Do not look any further if you need care at home for a loved one. They gave me peace of mind knowing mum was genuinely cared for.

My mother has very poor eyesight and hearing. Home Instead found carers to sit and talk and take time with my Mum giving me 3 days of peace of mind and a break for me as I am the only carer for my mother. She now considers the carer as her friend! What more can you say with that opinion to gain such loyalty and trust? I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone. They have bene there for me and my mother. Excellent!)

The superb support our sister received from Home Instead Senior Care (South Manchester/North Trafford) allowed her to remain in the flat she loved for an additional year beyond what we felt could be safely managed using care agencies we previously employed.

Home Instead achieved this feat by carefully matching the needs of someone with a rare dementia with a team of exceptional carers who provided three visits per day, seven days per week. The carers were friendly, punctual, trustworthy and patient and through their team effort kept our sister safe. This is all the more impressive when you realise that the nearest family member lives 130 miles away.

I cannot praise the service we have received from Home Instead highly enough. We as a family, feel relaxed knowing that the carers have engaged with my dad and are able to support him at home. Whilst coming to terms with the effects of having Dementia, the family have felt well supported by the team at Home Instead. Thank you.

Home Instead provided an hour of support three times a day, seven days a week. My mother looked forward to all visits and considered the care givers as friends and part of the family. She had a good relationship with each care giver and was always appreciative of the good time keeping.

I was very sad to move to a new area and face starting again. I cannot recommend highly enough 10/10.
