The care my mother has received has been of the highest order. The carers have always been punctual, caring, professional and reliable. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have all contacted me on a regular basis with any concerns they may have about my mother. I cannot recommend the organisation highly enough. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have been the next best thing to a family member.

I am also treated with respect, kindness, and dignity.

Earlier this year my family decided that we needed help to care for my 90-year-old mum who suffers from vascular dementia and was becoming confused. She was living by herself but she stopped cooking for herself, and also had trouble remembering how to use domestic appliances. I saw an article about Home Instead in the evening news and had also spoken to a carer who I happened to be sitting next to at a Christmas dinner. We arranged for carers and were more than pleased with the service provided. Very helpful and accommodating.

Home Instead provides an excellent professional service at a very personal level. I have recommended Home Instead whole heatedly to other friends who have elderly parents to care for and they in turn have been very pleased with the service. To me Home Instead operates on the principles of fairness and common sense.

Our frail, elderly father could not remain in his own flat if it weren't for the services provided by Home Instead. Carers are reliable, punctual, caring and responsive. Not only do they take care of dad's meals and medications but they also keep his mind active and report back on his state of health (or otherwise) and allow us to keep our eye on him even though we are not close by.

The provision of care has been excellent, and prompt, as it was very short notice and it was what I needed. Trouble was taken to provide the right carers and to make sure I was satisfied.
