All carers are very friendly. Most of the time carers arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed time. I would appreciate a call if carers are likely to be more than half an hour late.

The service my mum receives is good, so far we have had no problems with the carers that go into my mum even though my mum needs a lot of prompting due to her mixed dementia. The carers are really good with her. The management team are also good as well if there was a problem they would be able to sort it promptly. No job is too much trouble for the care team. Would recommend them to anyone.

All staff I have dealt with are extremely helpful and professional. They have enabled my auntie to stay living in her own home and she is very happy with them.

The agency took really good care of mum after discharge from hospital. They were always polite and could never do enough for mum, even when she was being difficult.

Overall, my wife's care package provided her basic requirements quite well. Despite periods of not knowing if and when the nominated carers would turn up, as, at times, there seemed to be a high turnover in personnel and the visiting times would change at the last minute. The app was not very successful when changed over. The present carer is excellent in everything she did and was really appreciated by my wife and myself.

Helpful suggestions are made to improve the service and the contact with other agencies increases the value of the service.

My mother's carer is the most friendly, hard-working person I have met. Nothing is too much trouble. She is so good with my mother and can make her do things that I could never get her to do i.e. shower. She is a pleasure to have in my parents home.

My mother is 97 years old and has not enjoyed any of her short admissions to hospital and residential care over the last couple of years. Unique carers have allowed her to stay in her own bungalow.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the very first meeting to discuss my elderly Mum's needs to her weekly visits to prepare my Mum's meals, the service given has been exceptional and totally professional. Added to which the company operates an app system which allows the client's family with an updated record of the carer's visit, which we found invaluable and gave us complete peace of mind.

Unique Homecare are excellent. They are caring, very understanding of the ongoing changing needs of the client. Always someone at the end of the phone to help with any problems or to give advice.
