Have been very happy with this company. Any hiccups have been solved and dealt with. My two main carers are smart, professional, kind and caring. I would recommend to my friends without any hesitation.

From my first phone call, it took just 36 hours to have care in the home. The level of care is exemplary and quickly moved to additional visits. All requests to both management and carer were quickly implemented.

Our first experience of using Unique Homecare Services Ltd for a 'respite' day was highly satisfactory. The carer took me out for a couple of interesting hours. We found a lot to chat about and plenty of interesting things to do. He was very helpful and supportive and good company.

I am a middle aged user who is temporarily disabled. I have used Unique Homecare Services Ltd to drive me to appointments etc while unable to drive myself. I have received a professional and flexible service. It has been a godsend.

I'm so glad I've found Unique. They work in a different way from the other agencies that I know and have been like a breath of fresh air to me. Their way of working allows for greater flexibility with hours, enabling me to take additional respite when I need it. There is much greater negotiation of additional hours directly with the carer, allowing us to work more closely together for the benefit of all.
