Our main Carer has developed an excellent relationship with my Father and has persevered when it has not been easy.

The standard of care delivered by the carers is excellent. They are sensitive to my mother's requirements, cheerful and willing to oblige. She enjoys their visits. Some problems with timings from time to time but usually due to staffing emergencies (illness etc.) and these have been dealt with in a polite and professional manner.

I find that each carer is most professional and find time to join in conversation and listen.

They have been knowledgeable, concerned, anxious to help, watchful of time, but not obsessed by it.

When she has been unable to come the replacements have also been very good I am very happy with the support and care I have received from Unique Homecare Services.

The carers adapt to whatever situation they encounter when they arrive at my parents. My brother and I live a distance away from our parents and Unique have provided peace of mind. Communication is good.

Once again Unique have stepped into the breach to provide crisis cover when let down by a national care service provider yet again. The manager and her team are a credit to the profession and ethos they have put in place. The care and empathy delivered by all goes way beyond the normal service of others. Continuity of care was extremely important to us and where possible, even at very short notice this has been provided. All the carers are friendly and supportive of the family as well as their clients. Management and leadership is excellent and provide a hands on approach both in support of their clients and staff.

The highest accolade I could give to these carers is that they are definitely, "The next best thing to family". I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for first class sensitive care.
