The carers came in three times a day regularly. They were careful and dressed my eyes well. They talked to me. They let themselves in. I was always up and dressed and they helped me put my nightclothes on.
The carers were always cheerful, kind and compassionat.e They were very understanding of my husband's condition (late Alzheimer's) and supported me too.
We were always more than happy with all aspect of Eden Care's help. However, we are now very out of date to be of much help.
Having been a client of Eden Care since 2008 we have had good service at all times thanks to their well-chosen staff, who are able to cope with the most changing conditions as they arrive, thank goodness.
My carer is excellent. She is kind and very efficient. Cooks well and is meticulous in everything she does. We are good friends and get on very well.
The carers are polite, kind chat to my husband and make him smile, sometimes. He is treated with dignity at every visit. I, his wife, look forward to the carers visits as they are all so caring and polite to me.
Eden Care has been a valuable service to my mother and also to her family who has peace of mind knowing she is well looked after. Her carers are excellent, polite, respectful and genuinely interested in her welfare. When finances were difficult, Eden Care came up with an amended package of care which has proved to be very helpful.
The carers I have are polite, considerate, and caring, always willing to do what I need e.g. getting things down from high shelves, sorting the airing cupboard to find more pillowcases, and bedding. My only complaint is that times and people are altered without letting you know. Latterly it happened on Monday 27th. I was informed on my rota that one carer was coming at a different time and another carer that normally comes came at her usual time. Again on another day, the carer was due to come but she was late. I called the office to be told that another carer was coming at a different time.
More recently, he has required additional ad hoc daytime visits and the company has been most obliging. They try to keep the number of carers visiting his home to a minimum, both due to the COVID-19 situation and to minimise disruption to him.
The carers are caring, kind and professional.
I would, and have, recommend this company to others.
Very good service, staff are hard-working, very polite, lovely to talk to and very friendly. It's a pleasure to see them and look forward to their visits.
Staff generally caring. Hygiene good. Standard satisfactory and friendly.
Communications between me and office is abysmal! Difficult job but never phone when rota has to be changed. Unexpected carer arrives at unspecified time. They never inform me. I think worse than poor.
My brother's live-in carers are excellent. I cannot comment on domiciliary carers because I have little contact with them but one point I would like to make is the times visiting carers come to assist live-in carers are not kept to schedule. This is very important to my brother as he has MS and he has had a stroke and after suffering Covid 19, he has type 1 diabetes. He is high dependency and his main carers need help at appointed times.
Very polite and professional service.
Carers were caring and helpful and most used their initiative to see what needed doing without being asked. Admin and communication poor.
Excellent service. All staff helpful.
I have used Eden Care for a number of years and have always found them very professional. The care I have received has been exemplary and nothing is too much trouble. They are professional and responsive. I am full of admiration and thanks for them.
Excellent.
I am very happy with the care I receive twice a day. The carers are very kind and a joy to see. They have been wonderful during lockdown.
Great service. We felt safe during the pandemic. Thanks.
