We have had satisfactory service in the home but follow up from management is poor.

The carers I have come across have been really kind and helpful.

We were all given a delicious Christmas lunch - very kind, with transport.

The carer arrived on time each day, friendly, understanding of my requirements appertaining to my conditions, extremely competent and familiar with all my specialist equipment which put me at ease and gave me the confidence to relax and let the carer get on with getting me ready to go and enjoy a truly special long weekend.

I would describe the care given as excellent.

All staff are competent and pleasant. Punctuality is good and a telephone call is received in most cases, if not running to time. No feeling of being rushed.

On the whole, very satisfactory care provided each morning. During March there was a period of uncertainty as to who would arrive - not always as on the rota - and there were too many changes of carer.

The last two weeks have improved, with more consistency all round.

The care you give is always efficient and you always treat my mum with respect and affection. The carers take pains to speak clearly so mum can hear and conscientious at letting me know immediately if there are any concerns.

The girls are kind and thoughtful and we have lovely little chats.

They think ahead so that they can start helping as soon as they arrive. Of course, they don't look to alarm clocks so every now and then, the times can be a bit off but they always ask if there is anything else needed before they leave. I am very pleased and happy with my treatment.
