We have had satisfactory service in the home but follow up from management is poor.

The carers who have attended me have been punctual and reliable. They have been polite, friendly and helpful in all respects, both in my personal care and light housework which I required them to do.
All staff are competent and pleasant. Punctuality is good and a telephone call is received in most cases, if not running to time. No feeling of being rushed.

All the carers attending me after my recent hip replacement were very caring and supportive. They were lovely people.
They think ahead so that they can start helping as soon as they arrive. Of course, they don't look to alarm clocks so every now and then, the times can be a bit off but they always ask if there is anything else needed before they leave. I am very pleased and happy with my treatment.
As before, I found the carers helpful but the communications when allotted a time on the issued rotas change drastically without being advised as to why the delay or indeed the earlier call.
