Home Instead's carers give me such peace of mind that my mum is safe and well.
It's reassuring that she really enjoys their company and they brighten her day when they visit.

Home Instead have provided a very good service to my mother since August last year.
The same three carers have been attending Mum throughout that time with very little variation at all. This has enabled relationships to develop between Mum and her carers.

Home Instead has been providing home care to my mother for 18 months now. The care team is excellent, it is good that it is a small allocated team of caregivers that see my mum, as it means she has been able to get to know them and they her. My mum has always been treated with dignity and respect....
Home Instead has been providing home care to my mother for 18 months now. The care team is excellent, it is good that it is a small allocated team of caregivers that see my mum, as it means she has been able to get to know them and they her. My mum has always been treated with dignity and respect. The head office team at Home Instead are very responsive and the carer scheduling is run very efficiently, so if a carer is off sick or on leave another member of my mum's team will automatically be organised to stand in. Equally, on odd occasions where we have needed some extra support, this has been arranged.

Have worked with high-performing individuals and businesses at the very top in their fields and across the world for the past 30 years and I find Home Instead extremely caring, understanding, professional, efficient, effective and proactive. They are very experienced in their field of care and are very interactive with me in their care of my mum. She lives on her own and is still able to get around her house and Home Instead walk that very fine line of helping Mum keep her independence whilst always making sure she is well cared for and supported. This line has changed as Mum has got older (she is now 91) and the adjustment of moving this line has been done with warmth, care, clarity and patience.
The whole team at Home Instead and their way of working provides confidence and incredible peace of mind and make it easy for me and Mum to work with them.

We used Home Instead (Maidenhead) whilst my mother way staying with me for nearly five weeks. My mother has complex physical needs as well as dementia. The whole experience of setting up the support requirements with the office team, the management of the schedule throughout the month and the actual care provided was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team and each and every carer engaged brilliantly with Mum, showing her kindness, patience, respect and making her time with them thoroughly enjoyable. I had complete confidence in each person to care for my mother and keep her safe, happy and comfortable when I could not be there. We felt very comfortable having the carers in our home and they immediately felt like part of the family. Not only did they care for Mum, but they offered great support to me at a challenging time.

After a debilitating stay in hospital my old care agency could no longer accommodate my increased needs so I contacted Home Instead on a whim and I'm so glad they I did. They responded quickly and efficiently. Over the next few months, my condition changed from recovery to living with a new normal and their brilliant carers have been with me every step of the way. Both the office staff and carers have been outstanding, efficient, flexible and friendly. I've used other care agencies in the past and I can safely say they are one of the best I've ever used.

Once in attendance, the care and support given were excellent, the staff were professional in terms of what was needed, friendly and supportive of my father, and generally considerate of all aspects of our needs.

My mother wasn't sure about having help initially but as soon as she had had some visits from carers she felt very positive about it. She told us the carers were a pleasure to have and she said they were friendly and very sensible.

The carers worked with my mother to give her the help she needs. This has made a massive difference to my mum and we have been able to stop worrying about her knowing she is in safe hands.

Home Instead (Maidenhead, Henley & Wallingford) have provided daily care for our Grandfather for a few years now. Within this time they have provided excellent care, been incredibly reliable and provided great communication. He has a regular carer who he has a really good relationship with and who he trusts. They have got to know him really well and understand his needs, which is such an enormous help to us all. Home Instead (Maidenhead, Henley & Wallingford) are always really adaptable, supportive through any situation and we are very grateful for the care provided. Would highly recommend.
