My son has Home Instead going in daily to his workplace to attend to his needs and has done since November 2021. We have found the carers and company to be very professional, helpful and polite at all times. Would definitely recommend them.

Since changing my mother's carers to Home Instead at the beginning of this year we have experienced an outstanding level of service and my mother is much happier with the consistency of having a small team of friendly carers.

We used Home Instead (Maidenhead) whilst my mother way staying with me for nearly five weeks. My mother has complex physical needs as well as dementia. The whole experience of setting up the support requirements with the office team, the management of the schedule throughout the month and the actual care provided was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team and each and every carer engaged brilliantly with Mum, showing her kindness, patience, respect and making her time with them thoroughly enjoyable. I had complete confidence in each person to care for my mother and keep her safe, happy and comfortable when I could not be there. We felt very comfortable having the carers in our home and they immediately felt like part of the family. Not only did they care for Mum, but they offered great support to me at a challenging time.

I cannot fault the service our family have had and continue to have from Home Instead. We currently have care for one relative and have had their help earlier this year with another. Home Instead always make sure to introduce new carers and keep us informed. They even came on a Saturday afternoon to set up care when we needed it quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

After a debilitating stay in hospital my old care agency could no longer accommodate my increased needs so I contacted Home Instead on a whim and I'm so glad they I did.
