I was attended by a GoodOaks carer after my discharge from hospital following a broken leg. The carer helped me to shower, dress and sometimes gave me breakfast. They were punctual, caring and careful, as well as being warm, chatty and entertaining. It was a pleasure to have this carer in the house + they will be missed.

GoodOaks responded promptly to our enquiry. Our house was then inspected and the GoodOaks carer arrived early the next day for her first visit. My wife benefited from 12 daily visits to help with morning showering and dressing. The carer was clearly well trained and became a friend. Paperwork and payment were dealt with efficiently.

From the very first contact with Good Oaks, they have been swift, efficient and client centred, always responding quickly to enquiries. I feel comforted that my mother is having very very good care on their visits. The care workers have lovely conversations with my mother, they use kindness and humour to help her low mood in the mornings. It was noticed that my mum might be starting a pressure sore and I was advised to make a referral and how to do that. The two carers we have had have been very professional and we have had the same person most visits which is fantastic.
