I was treated with privacy and dignity at all times. A friendly smile and care was evident from staff as well. If asked I would be pleased to pass on my very positive feeling to friends needing care.

My mother recently had a period of poor health, realised she needed some help and contacted GoodOaks-Watford. For three months GoodOaks have visited my mother twice a day and have provided a very friendly and professional service, often going beyond their brief to help my mother who I am pleased to
say no longer needs their help. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will certainly contact them again if ever we need assistance.
