The quality of care is amazing everyone is super informative. if there's anything that I need, I can just always email the office or give a call
I'm really happy with the standard of care and I feel like my mind is at rest when I have to go into work and know that my mum is being taken care of.

Overall Experience

Having used this service for several weeks I wanted to leave a review. My mother-in-law, who had dementia, has settled really well with the carers provided and it has made her feel very safe and able to stay in her own home, which is so important to her and us as a family. I would not hesitate to

recommend using this company for your caring needs as they are so friendly, kind and professional.

Overall Experience

While searching for home care services Good oaks were recomended to us by some one we knew.
From the initial meeting with the director and manager I felt comfortable that my mother was in safe hands with people who really cared about the service that they gave.
Lines of communication are always open

and will feed back to me any concerns or needs that they feel mum has which is very assuring.
All staff have been very kind polite, attentive and respectful, and most of all mum is happy.
I Would not hesitate to recommend.

Overall Experience

I have been using GoodOaks home care team since last September when I was discharged from the rehab unit. I have had a few admissions throughout 2025.
I immediately felt relieved and happy to be home, welcomed by a smiling extremely helpful carer, followed by an another lovely carer later.!
Both

were wonderful, caring and thoughtful,
I immediately knew I was in good hands which was very comforting and gave me confidence to be home alone, learning to walk again and on the road to recovery.
I have given you this story as proof of the excellent professional care I receive every day,
mornings and lunchtime.
The staff are extremely well trained, caring and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble!
On arrival they always greet me with a smile and a cheery 'how are you today', regardless of bad traffic or weather to get here!
Most importantly my son and daughter, who both live far away, have the utmost confidence in the care and support I receive every day from the GoodOaks team.

I've been really impressed with the support Mum has been getting from Good Oaks Richmond & Wandsworth. Because of her mobility issues, she needs hands-on help, and the carers have been brilliant - gentle, encouraging and respectful. She's got her confidence back and I can see she's genuinely happier.

The office team, in particular Sujina, Arpan and Monica, are quick to sort anything we need, which makes everything feel easy. I'd happily recommend them to anyone searching for caring, reliable home care.

I cannot thank Goodoaks highly enough for the wonderful care, compassion and kindness shown to my late mother.

Following a recommendation from a family friend, not only did they always arrive punctually and fulfil their official role, but showed great flexibility as our needs increased over time.

Their carers never clock watched; provided company as well and care during their visits and became genuine family friends that we could not have done without.

We slowly progressed from a quick, once daily morning visit, through to two and then three longer visits per day as my mothers needs progressed, to finally visiting her regularly in hospital throughout a prolonged final stay when trustworthy; friendly faces were highly valued.

I cannot recommend Goodoaks strongly enough to anyone reading this review.

I have nothing but praise for the Goodoaks team. We met with 5 care providers before choosing Goodoaks to support my mum with hourly visits. They impressed from the beginning and lived up to those high standards. They were incredibly flexible working hard to accommodate our specific needs, the care

coordinator was excellent at pulling everything together, communication was great with rapid responses, admin was faultless and the carers first class. The carers excelled at person centred care and while professional they developed warm relationships with mum - you couldn't ask for more. It is reassuring to know that good quality care is out there! Since August 2025, my dad has been receiving great care, and it has made a world of difference to both him and our family. We were fortunate to follow one of his previous carers, someone he had built a strong rapport with, to this new care home provider. That decision has proven to be one of the best

we could have made.
The consistency, attention, and kindness he has experienced since then have given him a renewed sense of comfort. The new members of staff have taken the time to get to know him as a person, not just a patient, and that level of attention is something we deeply value. It's clear that he feels he's being listened to and genuinely cared for.
Seeing him happy (when it suits him!) but settled gives us peace of mind, and we're grateful for the professional team who support him each day.

Good Oaks have been fantastic for my mum. We have 2 live-in carers that alternate, and both are kind, patient, and have quickly become a part of the family - Mum has really bonded with them. The home care team always treat her with respect, which makes such a difference. The office staff in the Wimbledon

branch are also brilliant, and easy to reach whenever we need support (even on weekends / late evenings). As her daughter, it gives me real peace of mind knowing she's safe, happy, and well cared for at home. I'd highly recommend Good Oaks to anyone looking for home care.
