Good Oaks stepped in immediately and have always gone above & beyond for my friend. They are warm, caring and thoughtful. They are super reliable, easy and responsive to get hold of. I felt very comfortable entrusting the care of my friend to them and they have not lot me down.

I'm so pleased that Goodoaks are caring for my Dad. He feels safer knowing the Carers are there and enjoys their company. We take comfort in knowing that he is being well cared for. Challenges arise from time to time, but the Team leader is excellent at problem solving. They support their staff well
and keep me informed. I know that I can contact them at any time. Also, carers have risen to every challenge, often with little or no notice.

Very professional, kind and helpful service. Collette is brilliant - a very special person who has supported me with warmth and confidence.and initiative. We have been to the hairdresser, for lunch, to the hospital where my daughter (who really likes Collette) has had a difficult birthing experience
and mundane houseework. Collette is up for anything and I couldn't manage without her.

We have been with Good Oaks home care for over a month now and both my mum and I are so happy . A lot of care was taken to get to know my mum and her needs and the primary carer assigned to her couldn't have been a better match . The companionship that my mum has got already is better than I could have
hoped for .

I honestly don't know what we'd do without the team at GoodOaks Wimbledon. Finding reliable home care in Wimbledon for my mum felt overwhelming at first, but from the very beginning they've been supportive, professional and genuinely kind.


The carers visit twice a day to help Mum get dressed in the

morning and settled for bed in the evening, as I'm not always able to be there myself. Knowing she has consistent, compassionate care gives me real peace of mind. The team are always punctual, patient and treat her with such warmth and dignity - it never feels rushed or clinical.


Communication has been excellent too. I'm kept informed and reassured that Mum is safe, comfortable and well looked after in her own home, which was so important to us as a family.


If you're looking for trusted elderly care at home in Wimbledon, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They've made a difficult stage of life so much easier for both Mum and for me.

I first engaged GoodOaks over a year ago to assist with my mother's care and they have been truly excellent partners.
We have found that the carers' empathetic and positive approach has made a huge impact on my mother's life and reduced an immense burden for a family struggling to cope with an aging
parent diagnosed with dementia.
My mother describes one of her carers as 'an absolute joy' and that's a tremendous relief for us. The carers are proactive in motivating my mother to do more, move more and to be more willing to ask when she needs help. The care team provides my mother with the support she needs in a way that preserves her dignity. Additionally, the carers have been instrumental in ensuring that my mother follows her medication regime.
The office team are also truly awesome. The GoodOaks Finchley / Edgware team are highly collaborative with regular progress meetings and ongoing dialogue. I could not be more grateful for the work that they do. Highly recommended.

GoodOaks were excellent in tailoring a package to support me in my recovery from a hip replacement operation. They identified a suitably experienced individual to get me up and running each morning and also carry out some domestic chores to take some pressure off my wife. GoodOaks have been flexible
and understanding throughout.

GoodOaks were thorough and considerate in tailoring a package to support me and my husband following his hip replacement surgery. The carer was suitably experienced and immediately established a rapport with my husband in getting him up and running each morning. The help provided relieved much of the
pressure I had felt in dealing with his lack of mobility immediately following the operation and I only wish we had had the package in place to take effect as soon as he was discharged. GoodOaks have also been accommodating and understanding about changes to our package that arose when my husband was unexpectedly hospitalised for 10 days with problems unrelated to his hip surgery.

The quality of care is amazing everyone is super informative. if there's anything that I need, I can just always email the office or give a call

Having used this service for several weeks I wanted to leave a review. My mother-in-law, who had dementia, has settled really well with the carers provided and it has made her feel very safe and able to stay in her own home, which is so important to her and us as a family. I would not hesitate to

While searching for home care services Good oaks were recomended to us by some one we knew.
From the initial meeting with the director and manager I felt comfortable that my mother was in safe hands with people who really cared about the service that they gave.
Lines of communication are always open
and will feed back to me any concerns or needs that they feel mum has which is very assuring.
All staff have been very kind polite, attentive and respectful, and most of all mum is happy.
I Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have been using GoodOaks home care team since last September when I was discharged from the rehab unit. I have had a few admissions throughout 2025.
I immediately felt relieved and happy to be home, welcomed by a smiling extremely helpful carer, followed by an another lovely carer later.!
Both
were wonderful, caring and thoughtful,
I immediately knew I was in good hands which was very comforting and gave me confidence to be home alone, learning to walk again and on the road to recovery.
I have given you this story as proof of the excellent professional care I receive every day,
mornings and lunchtime.
The staff are extremely well trained, caring and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble!
On arrival they always greet me with a smile and a cheery 'how are you today', regardless of bad traffic or weather to get here!
Most importantly my son and daughter, who both live far away, have the utmost confidence in the care and support I receive every day from the GoodOaks team.

I've been really impressed with the support Mum has been getting from Good Oaks Richmond & Wandsworth. Because of her mobility issues, she needs hands-on help, and the carers have been brilliant - gentle, encouraging and respectful. She's got her confidence back and I can see she's genuinely happier.
The office team, in particular Sujina, Arpan and Monica, are quick to sort anything we need, which makes everything feel easy. I'd happily recommend them to anyone searching for caring, reliable home care.
