Mum's care needs rapidly declined in June 26. We were introduced to GoodOaks. From introduction to implementing the care plan the professionalism, efficiency, kindness and attention to detail was second to non and continues to stay that way. Mum has met most if not all of the team and they are all amazingly wonderful kind, caring, patient happy staff that absolutely love their jobs which says a lot for the management and company. Mum likes each and everyone of the staff and feels safe and well catered for. I'm now sleeping through the night for the first time in years. This company has made such a positive difference to our lives and i can now go to work worry free knowing my precious mum is happy and genuinely cared for. After looking after mum myself for the best part of 10 years until her needs became such it required 2 people per visit and hoist assisted, it was initially hard to let go and fully trust things would be ok but they absolutely are and we cant imagine life without them.

So, I had no hesitation in contacting GoodOaks when I needed urgent care for my partner towards the end of her life. From my initial phone call, I could tell immediately this was the company I needed. The entire team were professional and caring and understood my needs, and the areas I needed specialist support and guidance. My partner was supported day and night by the GoodOaks team and they liaised with palliative nurses every step of the way. Always on time, always professional, and always providing care in the most compassionate respectful ways imaginable. As our needs increased, so too did the support from the GoodOaks management team. I can highly recommend every member of the team.

Following a period of I'll health, we quickly needed care for my Dad. The team at GoodOaks responded to our continually changing needs and were unflappable despite many rota changes at our end. My parents are comfortable with the carers and so happy with the support being given.

Good Oaks were very helpful when organising 5 days live in cover for my father while the rest of the family were away. They came for a thorough meeting first then again a few days prior to our getaway with the carer to meet dad and finalise things. We enjoyed our respite and dad enjoyed the experience too.

Nobody cared when a book character fell down the stairs. But GoodOaks cared after I fell at the bottom of my stairs. And ten months later they are still caring. Good Folks, I call them, if they will pardon the pun. Everyone of them a willing, healing hand. Actions, as we know, speak louder than words, even words of high praise. So many one day soon I may do some caring of my own. Like caring for my garden again. Like planting a commemorative oak tree. Then may you angels of mercy wear your garland of oak leaves with pride.

Amazing agency.Set up a care plan very quickly.Care staff and office staff are all very responsive and caring.Care staff arrived on time and my Aunt loved them all,they supported her to be as independent as possible and kept us informed of any difficulties.

My father is cared for twice a day by the company and I have been present on several of their staff visits. Our experience has been good. Your staff are very pleasant, eager to help and thorough in what they do. My wife is in late stages of dementia so needs special care, your staff give her the gentle treatment she needs.

Since changing to your company I have found my mothers health a lot better due to the 3 visits a day. All the carers I have met have treated my mother with dignity and made sure she has everything she needs. I now feel very comfortable knowing my mother is in the best hands possible.

If anyone is looking for care or help for the elderly I would strongly suggest using this company, I had this company help look after my Dad at home for over 3 years and I can honestly say they were amazing. This company employs people who actually care for the clients they help to look after, they take time to get to know the person and the best way to help them. Sadly my Dad passed away in November and I can't rate them highly enough, efficient office staff professional documentation on each visit through a very easy app you can have on your phone, and regular reviews to make sure all needs are covered. When my Dad first needed additional help we were given a company recommended by the council which were awful I moved to Good Oaks and I never looked back. I knew my Dad was safe well looked after and had careers who got to know him, he looked forward to each and every visit. Every person who came to my house was amazing, too many to name. Thank you to all the staff.

I have found the care I receive all I could hope for. Carers have been supportive and friendly. Everything that was done was explained and I was treated with respect and sensitivity. I was able to build a real relationship with my carers so that I looked forward to our morning chats. All were happy to encourage me and involve me in my own care as much as possible. Moreover, if a problem with my health or personal care arose at an unscheduled time the office staff were very willing to come to my rescue, an excellent service.
