Both Katherine and Jane have been wonderful with my mother who because of her dementia can occasionally be tricky. They have been excellent in their care of my umbrella and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used the service for a few years now for 1 hour a day .I find all the cares very good helpful friendly and always on time.I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants happy well trained carers.

Being a new client it took a few visits for adjustment, but it is fine now.

Communication with both the care staff and management has been excellent. Everyone is approachable and helpful, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. The open-door policy is a real positive and makes it easy to speak to someone whenever needed.

We were previously with another care provider who didn't really understand the needs of someone living with dementia. We feel that that good oaks has a much better understanding of dementia and the individual support that is needed.

Overall, we are very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

We appreciate care and help received from the management and staff who went out of their way to help deal with lymphedema issues.

My relatives wishes are to remain in the home for as long as is possible and my requests for short notice adjustments are always met by the management to facilitate this. The management continuously stay in contact with me regarding welfare reports and requirements that may be needed in the home. I continue to be impressed by the level of communication.

The carers have been very pro-active in alerting a health problem with my father and are very good at initiating treatment from the district nursing. It gives peace of mind to me when I am not able to be with him.

During my Dads last few weeks of life GoodOaks have been brilliant. Both Marilou the manager and Ana who was Dads live in carer for a while. I couldn't fault them, or any of the team and would highly recommend. Thx so much

All the carers are competent pleasant cheerful and respectful of privacy.Having been involved professionally with setting up and reviewing care packages I am amazed at how smoothly this has gone.Carers are on time which is important as my husband gets very anxious and know what they are doing.My only issue is we don't know in advance who is coming although this has been promised.

Excellent service from all the staff at GoodOaks in Uckfield, who responded very quickly, efficiently and kindly with emergency care for my mother-in-law. Highly knowledgeable and experienced in helping us all through the options and supporting and encouraging independence where possible.

We recently used the live in service for a week whilst we were on holiday. Quin was outstanding in her care and attention for Mum and keeping us updated, with a full handover on return. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The team at good oaks have been absolutely brilliant. They have been very efficient, professional and very caring. They were able to help sort out live in care in a very short space of time and provided a carer that has been very kind and caring towards my father. The office manager has been in constant contact with myself and the carer to check in and ensure everything is working well, with regular visits to the house and hospital too. I have never needed a carer, but Lyn was a very pleasant surprise I felt no embarrassment which I thought I would. She was so kind and helped me alot. I faced looking forward to start going back to normal and she was there. Thank you Lyn the physio man was well impressed.

The live-in care provided by GoodOaks has been excellent. Tünde and Cathy look after Dad so well-they are kind, attentive, and respectful. Dad loves their cooking and enjoys their company. He is very happy.
