Overall Experience

I am a 90 year old widower needing personal not nursing care. I live at home and pay much less than a nursing home would charge.
Carers call 4 times a day to wash & dress me, cook and clean me. Once a week a carer shops for food and household needs. They manage my medication.
Such care requires people

who are both qualified and have a good personality to meet my needs. Goodoaks provide such people in a difficult market.

Overall Experience

My father received regular visits from Goodoaks for well over two years. Initially the main task was to help Dad get out for a walk several days a week. Chance meetings with friends whilst out on the golf course would make his day. If the weather wasn't good a trip to the local shops to do some shopping

was appreciated.
When dad became less able and needed personal care Goodoaks was quick to respond and provide the attention required.
Throughout Goodoaks provided a friendly, professional, flexible and reliable service with a trusted team of carers that dad grew very fond of.

I can thoroughly recommend this service for all of the above and for giving me and my sister peace of mind that dad was in really good hands. Thank you

GoodOaks homecare provides great care to my Mum and Dad who live independently with Parkinson's and dementia. All the staff are so friendly and kind, nothing is too much trouble. Mum and Dad are happy and look forward to their visits. Thank you to all of the team

My sister has been more comfortable and happier since GoodOaks took over her care. She is full of praise for the carers, and really appreciates its member of the same team. Overall Experience

My mother in law has received exceptional care and support from Goodoaks. The team have been attentive and patient with her, enabling her to stay home longer than she would have otherwise. The staff are caring and engaged and have advocated for the best for my mother in law. They have been able to support

I cannot believe the care & supprt we have received. True care & kindness with professionalism. Their drive and backup has been incredible, certainly very different from other care agencies I have dealt with in the past. A tremendous difference has been achieved already & I look forward to their further

Dad's carer is a very polite young man and always very punctual.He was very approachable and respectful and kind towards Dad.
He helped dad when I was visiting 17-22nd April , this was the mornings mainly as I could help dad at bedtime with his meds etc .
Previously dad had a different staff member

as his carer and he is looking forward to his return in June .

We have had a very good experience with GoodOaks - they have been looking after our Aunt for more than 6 months. She lives alone and recently when she had a fall and when the Carer arrived she very quickly took control of the situation - she accompanied her to hospital and waited with her until we

were able to arrive which was some hours later. We were so grateful as my Aunt was very confused.
We feel that the whole team acted very professionally in what was a difficult situation.
The manager has arranged a short term Live in Carer so that my Aunt could go home to recover rather than go into a Care Home or a longer stay in Hospital.
This has taken so much of our stress away. We wish to thank them all for everything.
We feel like they treat my Aunt like family and it is a great comfort to us all

My sister is looked after 24/7 by a good oaks carer . We are so impressed , we have an up to date overview of everything my sister does for each 24hours , the companionship, stimulation and inclusion with the Carer every moment of the day is second to none , my sister is so settled and happy with the

I would give this 10 stars if I could!
I can not recommend Good Oaks care enough. Not only has the live in carer provided support for my mum. She has got her into an excellent routine, they laugh all the time together and mum has gained a new companion. The peace of mind that it has given our family

is huge to us. Mum is looked after, safe and happy.
Two carers are utterly amazing at their jobs. They have supported us through this tricky journey and made it that little bit easier with their warmth, professionalism and caring natures. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes and the care would not run so smoothly if it weren't for you guys and your teams. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It's been just 5 weeks since GoodOaks starting caring for my mother, and I can honestly say that the Managers and Carers couldn't be more accommodating and caring. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They have matched carers to suit mum and she seems very happy.

Overall Experience

Having used a different Care Provider before GoodOaks I never fail to be blown away by how GoodOaks are. Their priority above all else is you, the service user. You are the most important to them and this manifests in the way they treat you and take your ideas and feedback on board.
