Very pleased. All the carers were pleasant and helpful and did what they were asked to do.

The team at good oaks have been absolutely brilliant. They have been very efficient, professional and very caring. They were able to help sort out live in care in a very short space of time and provided a carer that has been very kind and caring towards my father. The office manager has been in constant contact with myself and the carer to check in and ensure everything is working well, with regular visits to the house and hospital too. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for all the care and support you have provided for us.

I have never needed a carer, but Lyn was a very pleasant surprise I felt no embarrassment which I thought I would. She was so kind and helped me alot. I faced looking forward to start going back to normal and she was there. Thank you Lyn the physio man was well impressed.

The live-in care provided by GoodOaks has been excellent. Tünde and Cathy look after Dad so well-they are kind, attentive, and respectful. Dad loves their cooking and enjoys their company. He is very happy.

Good Oaks provides the highest level of care for my mother. I cannot rate the company more highly. Everyone goes above and beyond, and I am really grateful for their high standards, humanity and kindness. It helps my mother to continue to lead an independent life, and I am extremely grateful to them for that.

The manager has always responded promptly to any emails regarding concerns, and spoken to the carer(s) if necessary to rectify any issues raised. Patience and understanding regarding my mother's waking frequency during the night is incredible.

I am writing this review on the behalf of my wife Ann, who is the recipient of the care provided by GoodOaks, for over 2 years. The staff are generally polite and very capable of carring out the care requirements needed to keep Ann clean, safe and happy. They go to great levels to keep to rota times, sometimes in difficult weather. Generally we are well satisfied with the service they provide.

I am thankful to be able to go out knowing that my husband is in good safe hands.

Goodoaks pulled out all the stops to provide short notice wrap-around care for my father upon his discharge from hospital. They matched him with excellent carers and have provided a consistently high level of care across all their staff. I can't recommend them enough.

A friendly, professional and flexible care company. Mum gets on well with the carers and Goodoaks try to ensure she gets continuity with the carers she sees. Goodoaks are also good at contacting me with any issues and concerns around mums physical and mental health.

Good oaks were efficient and understanding of my dad's needs and quick to find us a suitable carer. Dad was able to stay at home for several months with a live in carer which was what he wished for. The carer was very warm and kind, there were some areas of difficulty but overall it worked well

Goodoaks Homecare have catered for my aunts needs very well since hiring them recently. Initiated with a meeting of the client /assessment and quickly adapting to her needs tailoring those needs 3 times within a month. My Aunt has not been the easiest person to get on with for the caring staff but thankfully they seem well trained and experienced to deal with such difficult people. The manager is very good it has be said. She stops at nothing to get things done correctly. A very easy and approachable person with a passion for pleasing the clients and getting the care package efficiently operating. Often hands on herself with the carers to check things are upto the needs of clients. Impressive management. I have no qualms about continuing this excellent service for now.

Our father was sadly widowed in June this year .We chose GoodOaks to help us support Dad with his Dementia in order to keep him at home, where he wanted to be. The team have been excellent. They carefully listened to Dads complex needs and have delivered quality care for the last two months. They are professional ,caring and friendly .They are excellent providing feedback on visits and adaptable on Dads most difficult days! Would happily recommend this team.
